I hope it will clear up soon. Lately I've been getting rebound headaches and they suck.

My friend is in town today. We're going out for brunch at our egg cafe at some point. But he's probably here to clear out stuff I'm throwing overboard. And when the apt is cleared out, he will give it up I guess. After that he'll probably never come.

I'm so depressed. And it cost like $60.00 to get my ear pierced, and the stud they put in was too small and it fell out. And the nursing home confiscated my rubbing alcohol and saline spray. I'm really depressed. I'll have to ask for permission to pierce my ear so that I can keep some saline on my dresser. But that's not a good idea, because what if they say no?

I still have cramps in my lower back but it's not nearly as bad as it was. Thank God it's getting better.

I hope everyone will have a nice day, even if it's too hot out.

A migraine? Do you normally get migraines? Gabapentin might help if you do. Initially it will make you drowsy, but that will stop after a short while and it will still treat migraines.

No it’s not a migraine I just forget that sleep never heals my headaches....the Advil did work now but unfortunately made me super nauseous......

Having a good day. Drew the candle, played games, read some, went to the library, showered. Really tired though

Well, my friend left. I forgot to hug him because I was feeling faint etc from being out in the heat. So I didn't get my hug. We went out for lunch, which was very good.

Went to the tattoo parlor but the piercer wasn't in. I'm so hot and dizzy.

I’m still up. Been watching videos about people living in a van so that they can travel around. Looks interesting to me, challenging yet rewarding.

I lost almost 20lbs since trying to save money by not eating a lunch anymore at work. The problem is that once I would sit down I'd always get two beers with it while at work. The total for each lunch would cost me $30 bucks each time. Basically I was lacking self-control in this instance. A friend's wife noticed I lost weight too, that was really nice of her to say it.

I've been thinking of dating again. I talked about it with my psychologist a couple weeks ago. It's been a while since I've even put effort into chasing after love. The last woman I dated was Annie, and that was... god 4 years ago I think. I was on an antidepressant and I just wasn't myself, will I ever be myself again though? Maybe im saying this because I miss my cat.

You can’t cut important things out of your life just because things aren’t perfect because they never will be.

Hey!

It is feel like 109 out right now.
I caved and turned on the A/C for the first time in like 5 years! Today and tomorrow are hovering around 100 degrees so we’ll run them for a few days.
Went to breakfast with my daughter and Gram. Then me and my daughter went to the mall. I needed red shoes. I bought some but I’m not sure about them. I gave in to peer pressure Roll Call 151 I think I’ll order the other pair I liked too. Macy’s is offering 25% off if you use the app and the shoes are on sale.
Now I’m just laying around trying not to move too much and work up a sweat Roll Call 151
My poor dogs are miserable.
