About to head to the psychiatrist. I'll complain about sleeping so much but my guess is there's nothing he can do about that.

Cant really seem to get ahold of anybody today. I had to call my doctor, my job counselor, and this other apt complex. Nobody answered.

I guess I'll just have to enjoy the rest of this week because I really have nothing to do and nobody to see. No appts.

Busy days usually make my week go faster and keep me active. But its ok.

Dang, I'm depressed again. Not suicidal. Just depressed. I want to stay under the weighted blankets with the lights off and just dissociate so I don't have to feel this way.

I'm in agony. I had to make small talk with the GM/CEO for about 15 minutes. He is a nice enough chap. I just really don't feel up to talking today.

A coworker told me I seemed tired today. I said Yep, and I have a bit of a headache (got my new glasses and my eyes aren't used to the prescription yet). But I really wanted to say (but didn't) I'm freaking depressed. Leave me alone.

In all actuality, I probably don't want to be left alone. I just don't want to be bugged.

@SlumberKitty-I think i relate. I find it almost impossible to say good morning, or unbearable to say fine thanks how are you? Its all the effort i can give to show up. Don't make me make useless small talk.
Thanks for this!

I used to never say good morning and when people asked how I was, I'd say "Good" even though I was depressed af and wouldn't ask someone how they are back.
Thanks for this!

@Desoxyn - sometimes i skip over how i am. Example: other person: hi how are you?
me: hi how are you?
Also helps helps to keep walking or clicking (I'm soooo busy)
That way i don't have to regurgitate nonsense.
Thanks for this!

Good morning everyone. How is everyone today? I'm still depressed but I think that may just be my new normal for a while. I don't really want to add any more meds but I'll see what the PDOC has to say when I see him on Monday. At least I'm not having any hallucinations. Really didn't want to come in to work today but I gave myself a kick in the pants and made myself come. It's so hard to do anything when I'm depressed. I just want to lay in bed all day. But that doesn't pay the bills. HUGS to anyone who wants one. Kit

I’ve been kinda depressed since yesterday myself, I’m not sure if it’s because I quit taking vitamin D a few months ago. I thought it would be ok since it’s summer. The alternate theory is bf isn’t supporting what I want to do...he still thinks I should end up in IT but the way the jobs are right now I can’t even apply if they want 3-5 years experience for entry level. I felt better after I painted yesterday maybe I should do it again.
