Yeah, I tend to start getting paranoid I guess whenever I feel weird/off, it's hard to see it as that though. When it happens and I'm in the midst of it it feels 100% true , i struggle with paranoia about being poisoned and asked my doctor if they were trying to kill me, they assured me they weren't. I was doing really well for a couple weeks. And I still am, I guess feeling weird just kind of triggered that worry again , I took my meds and am going to try and get some sleep

Remember, it's ok to lose your mind a little. You take PRN AP or benzo, then you surrender to it.. Not to say "This will last forever" because it will always fade.

After insanity always comes sanity like risking love, like a storm comes with rain, afterwards comes with sun. With night comes day, and after bad comes good. Tears, laughter, at the same time, or after another as it should.

I feel pretty strange sometimes too and I start thinking it's a sign of doom and something bad is about to happen

Sometimes I get one little paranoid thought and then off I go, creating an elaborate narrative of things that I literally just made up in my head, but fall into the trap of believing them until proven otherwise (like people being angry at me)

I can’t remember if you’re on abilify but I get problems with heat and abilify. I usually wear a hat and bring water.

When I was on seroquel I would sleep like a rock 830pm to 5am and woke up groggy, and around 12hrs each night on the weekends.

I stopped taking the seroquel and I was sleeping less on the weekends but about the same on the weekdays but not groggy.

Doctor said abilify isn’t sedating or activating. So I’ve been taking it at night. But I notice I’ve been sleeping less and needing less sleep. I fell asleep around 11pm last night, woke up several times during the night, then got up like no big deal at 5am.

So just in case it is the abilify I’m going to start taking it on the mornings. If my sleep doesn’t improve or gets worse then I might have to consider going back to the doctor.

I don’t want to be put on anything for sleep. Seroquel was awful I felt so groggy. It helped everything else except left me groggy.

Maybe I’ll just live with less sleep. I used to be able to go 3-4 hours a night like nothing.

I had a great dream last night where I was flying across a city in the night, it was so realistic and awesome. Normally I just have repetitive bad ones about my mom's death so it was nice to have a good one for once. Probably been a year or longer since I've had a good dream
