Hello everyone,

Still in the hospital. Going up and down. I have some insight but it’s wavering badly. To think logically and rationally is really taking it out of me and stressing me out. Acting “normal” so to speak. My therapist saw right through it though and said I’m not well yet. I agree. It’s tough.

I’m afraid to go home cause of the demons there. They scare me...they really really do. And the thought of going home and handling myself during the day when my wife is at work...is utterly terrifying. I’m so not ready for this.

Can I curl up in a ball and hide somewhere?

Morning! pain woke me up at 4am, I was supposed to take my next dose of pain meds at 3am.

Still doing okay besides that though, just sore.

Coughing is getting worse. Feel really tired

Have T tonight. Really don't want to go. Too late to cancel though. I probably need to go because I've been feeling sui. I just don't want it minimized. T will say, well you're here. Well no kidding. You just don't know what it takes to be here right now. I'm overwhelmed at work today. Too much to do. Weird stuff to do. I need to decompress. Then I need a plan of how to get this stuff done. Some stuff I don't know how to do so I am going to have to figure it out. Confusing. HUGS to everyone. Kit

I've just been relaxing/sleeping mostly because of the cold I have so I haven't had a chance to reply but I hope things get better for you and your symptoms lessen, I know things are very difficult for you right now

Sometimes I'm not sure what to say. But I've been in a mess myself. Work, 2 family members dying, my own health, moving etc so I apologize in advance.

I haven't been doing so hot myself lately... Been reading but not really posting much right now... Glad you're in a safe place, findingreason.

I'm at the pdoc. I asked for an earlier appt. My original one was 420pm and they said I can come in at 320pm.

I've been here til almost 420pm now, waiting!

It's already getting dark in my room with the blinds open. I fell asleep this morning and slept straight through the day. I hate when I do that. Craving my vape.

The light is out in the bathroom. If there's anywhere you don't want the light out, it's there.

Work done wore me out today! I still have two hours left. Then I have to go to T tonight. Ack! I just want to crawl into bed and never come out.

I'm exhausted.

I've been here an hour and a half...

Saw my doctor. Told him what’s been going on. He understands. Wrote me a script for abilify going to switch my seroquel over to that. See him in a month.

Or sooner if I get more crazy I told him. I made fun for him for agreeing with me.

Ugh. I hate when my pdoc gets behind. Maybe someone was in crisis? HUGS. Still it sucks to be waiting.

No they were just behind. Took 2 1/2 hours...

That sucks.....been there though. IDK why dr offices tend to back up. I think because they double book sometimes.

I can't wait to go to sleep
