I've been having vertigo for two days. I've had it a couple of times before, I was able to get rid of it by positioning my head in a certain order. I have to look it up again because I don't remember how to do it. Something to do with ear crystals.

Went to walmart a 3rd time.
Got lactaid. Took it. If it doesnt clear it up then idk maybe I am gonna die.

Took the lactaid. Then 10 min later I burped. I feel much better.

I got some strong pain pills for this surgery, they gave me Vicodin.
About an hour before it's time to take my next pill I really start hurting so I can tell it's working. |

Went for a small hike today. Felt depressed. I took 2500mg more phenibut. If I keep this up, I'm gonna get withdrawal.
I think I was depressed cuz I drank two ciders yesterday. Vyvanse woke me up otherwise I'd be in bed still. I'm going for a big hike tomorrow =] |
