I'm seeing my GP right after my dentist appointment to get a med change since zantac was recalled, figured I might as well get it all done at once since they're in the same office

I don't want to jinx it but my tongue is a little better today! After almost a week and I'm so glad. It still hurts but not quite as bad.
I don't want to eat. I just want my vape. Wish I could fast forward until 1:20. I guess I raised my nicotine again with my stealth vaping at night. That's not good. I hope everyone is ok. |

Idk what time I took my Vyvanse but it should be less than an hour ago. I can't focus.
The nicotine helped me to focus before the Vyvanse kicked in. If it has already kicked in then that's a problem... |

Dentist appointment went well, it wasn't an abscess or infection on the inside of my cheek, it was from biting it really hard in my sleep which is why it's been irritated and sore, they gave me some rinses for it in the gift bag thing they give you after cleanings/exams. I have some cavities I'll have to get filled but that's about it

It took me a year to get myself to go to the dentist again due to anxiety and I finally did it!

Ugh. Just barely had enough money to pay for pdoc. I have 1 dollar left.
So embarrassing. She just kept looking at me with her mouth open and then said I could pay the rest next time. I said "no. I got it...".

I feel like I'm getting sick. Or maybe it's just the GERD coughing I get. Wasn't able to get in to see my GP for more meds for it after my dentist appointment today, they said I have to come in at 7am if I want a walk in which is the only way I can get it so I might try to do that friday.
