There's a game I have on my Nintendo Switch called Hexologic, it's sudoku but the graphics/music is really beautiful and relaxing

Oh my I hate solitaire. I think because i grew up on windows 95 and up, even some older versions, and all they to play was solitaire and minesweeper. God when I think of those days I cringe so hard. And then I think it was windows 2000 that finally added mahjong. I played the crap out of that til I was like "GOD this fckn sucks!"

It's so strange with the auditory hallucinations being gone completely... it's so quiet

I should get some real puzzles...this one was sixty four pieces and it still took 10 min with rotation off(so the pieces don’t need to be turned to fit) anyway Brains like so slow right now....

My therapist said my voices could have been just thoughts when I was doubting schizophrenia as desperate attempt to lower antipsychotic kinda.

They were voices. The same voices that I hear when I have hypnotic hallucinations. Same voices I heard on my bad trip..

But I told her that people can be "normal" and still hear voices. So it's all a mess..

Maybe I should just jack myself up on caffeine and stay up all night so I can get to my GP in the morning, get the med prescription and bloodwork done then come home and take a nap

If only they had an adderall that only released norepinephrine..

Good way to increase norep by 3x is to have a cold shower or splash cold water on your face..

I'm sorry to hear. Do you think it's a possible side effect from something?

Hi everyone! I've been pretty busy at work today so this is my first chance to jump on PC and see what everyone is up to. I found an error in our job costing and I talked to the controller at work and so she agreed it was an error and told me how to fix it but it meant going through a ton of general journal entries. I did about half. I need to get the outside accountants to unlock July and August so I can do those months. I will try to do that tomorrow. I skyped one of the owners to ask who my boss is. I know that should be obvious but it isn't. She actually called me back to discuss it with me because there are different people to go to for different stuff. But I think how I have been doing it is okay. I like that owner she is super responsive. Her husband--the other owner--might be here tomorrow and for sure next week. I don't deal with him much. I think he is more on the manufacturing side of things and she is more on the accounting side. Occasionally he will ask me for financials or something and I get those to him right away but mostly I don't have much interaction with him. I'm kind of worried about him being here but on the other hand I don't think I will see him much at all. I'm feeling much better from my appointments and everything yesterday. And I think regular T was really helpful last night. I'm tired now from work, but it's a good tired, like I accomplished something kind of tired. But I am going to a friends house tonight to celebrate her birthday. She's way older than me. She is 69 today. I got her a sweater. HUGS Kit

OOh, I think I am going to go see my oldest nephew play football on Saturday night. He lives five hours from me but he is playing in a town that is maybe an hour and a half from me. My Dad asked me if I wanted to go. I was like, of course! But this is the team that my nephews team lost too last year, terribly so. So I hope they don't have a repeat of that game.

I had another argument with that relative again. She sent me stuff and then asks me if I've gotten it constantly. Then my mother must have told her I haven't called in weeks and she's like "what's wrong with you!" I'm like I've been afraid to, which is the absolute truth. So she says something like "are you afraid to get the packages, too, or do you just not care?" She was being snotty. I said both. She said she won't send me anything anymore and I said thank you. Then I blacklisted her. When I blacklisted her on Tues or Wed, she called me on the phone and I had to answer. Even though I really really really wasn't ready to unblacklist her. I hope I can experience some nice time without her for awhile.

My shoulder is back to hurting. Of course. I was just at the GP's yesterday and it hadn't been hurting so I didn't even think to ask about it. Now it is hurting again and I'm like, why didn't I bring this up yesterday?! Sometimes I am so stupid. I don't think of things when I need to think of them!
