I'm staying wrapped up in blankets with the cats and the heat on, it's freezing out. Will be a nice cozy reading day

I had to make like 5 phone calls today. Glad to be done, that always stresses me out for some reason.

I'll have to see if I can get a walk in appointment tomorrow at my clinic to get new meds for GERD and blood work since my psychiatrist said I'm due for some. Might as well get it all done at once

I was having some hallucinations over the weekend which lead to some SH. The SH has really been a problem the past couple of weeks. And I have to see Pastor T tonight and tell him about it, and I already told my accountability person about it and I just feel awful. =( HUGS Kit

Do you think it’s the increased AP....I’ve definitely had reading issues even with a 2.5mg increase of abilify....if it persists you’ve got a couple options either lower the dose of AP with your doc or add fish oil to counteract.

Hugs SK, it’s not your fault and try not to worry I’m sure it’ll be ok tonight.

Man I finally got the toilet fixed....had to cut off the old flapper. You don’t truly appreciate a working toilet until it’s not. Decided not to go to mcds because I’m really anticipating the sloppy joes. Had to have a snack of Korean dumpling Roll Call 156 to tide me over though.

I'm not sure, today was the first day of the increase. I'll probably see about adding fish oil though because I was considering doing that eventually anyway since you've had good results with it.

Sorry you're struggling SK I hope your appointment tonight goes well. Do you still have the stuff from the anchor box? That might be helpful

I was able to read 15 pages of my book. Not much compared to what I normally read in one sitting but I'll read some more later.

Update;

I've been reading over my notes and some are very manic. Idk if it's cuz of the phenibut or not (I don't think so cuz I can't write very good on it cuz I can't focus) but ..

I LOVE mania. Mania is GOD. How can one not love mania? Mania is my default identity. That's why I loved stimulants..
