Polar express is the bfs fave movie for Christmas.

Eh I’m ok I’ve been super irritable I think.....I’ve gotta do some more self care from my box or a little retail therapy. It’s just tough with my mom and sis having cancer but I feel like my hands are tied. I can’t even go visit because of the dog. Then my dad had eye surgery today.....it just feels like there’s so much going on. I mean my dad’s eye if fine it was just a cataract but it’s just one more add on you know.

I'm sorry about your mom and sister , that's a lot of stress. I'm glad your dad is okay. I think doing more self care is a great idea

I think, now, I have a better relationship with my phone. I'm still on it a lot, but I feel better about how I manage my time now that I'm working and contributing to society in a healthy way, as well as, not being on my phone as much as I used to.

I have a semi even balance of play time and work time. Almost. Semi even. Some weeks it's too much play time, some weeks it's too much work time. But it eventually evens out by the end of the month pretty much.

Oh and I'm not just using my play time for my phone. I get on my switch from time to time too, plus draw in my sketchbook, and go places with fiance.

I wish I didn’t have to go to work tomorrow. I had anxiety all day today at work just generalized anxiety not anything in particular and I feel it’s going to be the same tomorrow. I don’t want to become a shut in or anything though.

Gotta see Pastor T in an hour and a half. Not looking forward to having to discuss my sui attempt. One: don't know his response. Two: I'm sick of talking about it. Ugh.

Found this great (in my opinion) quote: "Limitations live only in our minds. But if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless." Jamie Paolinetti

Have a great today everyone!

Is this the same level of anxiety you had before the med addition or worse?

Anyway was going to say if you need a mental Heath day take one, you won’t become a shut in......anxiety if ignored can lead to panic attacks, that’s the last thing you want. If you don’t want to take it off, maybe try hitting the gym it can do wonders for anxiety.

I think it’s a bit worse. It’s been steadily getting worse for a while even before meds. I hope it’s not the meds I want them to work.

I should hit up the gym tomorrow it usually makes me feel better.

I’m trying to save my last personal day for the end of the month but I guess I could take it any time.

I’m just annoyed at it all.

Yeah that sucks...I hate anxiety, it’s comorbid with psychosis so often that I wonder if it contributes to it like the paranoia aspect is similar.

I had a bad day today. I got frustrated too because of the job I had to do. I was sent out with rubber bullets when I asked for real ones. And im getting bad because I should be making more. Also, just the entire alienation I receive as people judge my entire life.

Omfg Pokemon Sword is so fckn fun. I've never had this much fun with a pokemon game since pokemon yellow.

You can cook, buy outfits, fight people online, camp, etc etc etc omg.

And the new pokemon are the cutest pokemon in the series.

I judged his life! But in a good way.. I'm sorry.. My dad does that to me and it helps me.. Positive things.. I love you DT you are an inspiration.. You work and pull yourself together, and (I suppose I'm doing it again.. Idk if I am...)..

I went on the treadmill for 10 minutes and now I feel weird.. Really weird.. It's like my mind is in a fog or cloud... I hate everything...

Cogladaid.... If you ever have a panic attack, immediately go off of the Lexapro.. I don't want you having what I had.. Felt slight panic and then went on Prozac and then the constant panic attacks started.. I was drooling 15-20 times a day and zoned out... It was so weird.. But if the Lexapro is helping your mood, then that's good..
