There is a new book out titled Becoming Beauvoir, a book of a female, existentialist philosopher who is AWESOME! I'm buying it, we can read it together if you want and chat about it in a thread if you like. @12pm , maybe Nick can join in since he enjoys a certain flavor of existentialism too? It comes highly recommended by great podcast philosopher, Nigel from PhilosophyBites.
Thanks for this!

BB, I know some old games you'd love to play! On STEAM you should give The Longest Journey a shot. It's one of the best games of all times! Story comes first, and it's such a story, with imagination and heart.

Brain feels like it’s burning from lack of sleep. I think I’m hypomanic but not that bad because of meds. I just got my Lamictal upped to 100mg from 50mg though, could it be the cause of the hypo? I’ve been feeling chatty and can talk for hours to people, something that I normally can’t because I need to recharge my battery by being alone.

I take things way too seriously. On the other hand I don't take things seriously enough.

I don't get that.

My phone charger was stolen yesterday. And my friend has too much anxiety to go look for one. I'm flopping off the damned bed with the original short cord. It was damaged by the scumbag that used to steal my chargers. And it's too short. I need a tablet. And a long charger.

I keep forgetting to do things. I need to make a routine again. But I won't stick to it because every routine I make isn't good enough.

I have 3 day water fast in the back of my mind and research all the benefits but I only did it once. I've been having cold showers though.

Now I don't even feel bad having a cold shower. It's like a normal shower now (That's what happens - You start to like the cold).
Thanks for this!

I am trying to trust people like my doctor and therapist more. I mean, I can't not trust them. They are almost entirely responsible for my mental health. I also need to work on my self-image. Apparently I say really negative things to myself internally. I'm trying to work on that. And apparently I have OCD, maybe?

Vyvanse withdrawal is ****ing brutal. I went through that in the hospital once, in 2013. I had been taking it exactly as prescribed and they tapered me off of it properly but it was STILL brutal anyways. Good **** that was bad. Even tapering off of it under medical supervision was bad, holy ****. And yep, the dystonia ... ****ing HELL man it sucked.

I was changed from high dose Concerta to low dose Vyvanse in the hospital and started taking Abilify injection and Abilify pills at the same time. I think that's why I couldn't breathe and they put me on 2mg Cogentin 3x a day which made me need reading glasses and made my pupils masssssive.. lol. I told my psychiatrist that most of my voices were hypnotic hallucinations because I was hearing voices every morning and every night.

Then once I was on high dose Vyvanse, I got out of the hospital and my outpatient psychiatrist took me off of it completely. I was in bed for 10 days (I don't remember. All I remember is my mom getting a chair, standing on it in my room, turning on the light and yelling at me "Get up!"). She had enough of it and told my psychiatrist and he immediately put me back on Concerta lmao.. What hell..

I'm getting my mom the apple watch series 5. It has a built in ECG/EKG and that could literally save her life because it notifies you if your heart is beating irregularly and detects early heart problems (She has a mitral valve prolapse, long QT syndrome, tachycardia and an aortic aneurysm).

I should have got one but I bought the samsung watch (I thought it was better but it sucks).
