I was thirsty and wanted a Coke product so luckily there was one in the machine. Regular Coke, it tasted spectacular. The Coke Zero is sold out since Thursday. There's also diet Coke decaf and I had one yesterday but it has almost no flavor.

My roommate just gave me a small candy cane which was nice because I've been craving one.

my back keeps getting super sore every time I go for a walk

I keep wanting to ask about getting off my meds because I'm doing so well

I don't know why I always think like that, I start convincing myself I don't need meds cause I'm doing well when the reason I'm doing well is the meds... makes no sense.

Have been so agitated and tired today, plus headaches, thinking it's pms.

I'm pissed off beyond belief.

I didnt have my meds. One of them. So I asked for an 4 day supply out of pocket from a local pharmacy because it was too early for a new supply. They gave me a 30 day supply. Which fcks up my packaging for my future meds on my regular pharmacy.

It's a very long confusing story. I dont wanna try to get into it. But the doctor should've NEVER prescribed me just one medication in the first place. She knew better. And should've gave me all three. And now going on for the future, my whole med system is messed up on how I get my medication.

So pissed.

They shouldn't have switched my doctors for that one day. They said they were busy that day. And I saw my NP and she said she wasnt busy and doesnt know why they put me with another NP that day. They know better. They really do. They know how important a rapport is to someone with their doctor. And it pisses me off because switching doctors just because they are busy is ineffective in the long term. Doesnt matter how fast they get through the day in the short term.

Pisses me off.

I'm so stressed out right now.

My GP doctor (That fills in for my psychiatrist for mental health) likes to see me every 2 weeks cuz I like talking about my mentals. I guess he likes to learn.

So if I have 1 atenolol and 5 vyvanse, he'll fill those but wait another week for the 9 days of seroquels

My mom is gonna go for a walk tomorrow morning with her friends and then we're both going to the cancer treatment living place for her to do radiation for 5 days. She's gonna bring her papers, bills and stuff to work on and a book that my sister bought her for her birthday (I forget what it's called.. Oustwitz? It's about the holocaust). I'm gonna bring my books with me. And my laptop cuz I'll be researching about breast cancer a bit.

It will be a vacation for her from work except she'll be thinking about her cancer now but I'll make sure that she doesn't feel alone.....

It's a nice place. There's rooms to go to and chill and relax. There will be other women with breast cancer that she'll talk to and I'll be there to be "Her son" for the social integration things so my mom will be friends with them when I leave for her extra 5 weeks of radiation? Is that how social things work? Me knows ;D

I feel nice and cosey from little weed, phenibut, one vyvanse and an energy drink..

Haldol makes me more depressed and tired. But it takes away all my symptoms. Geodon still gives me breakthrough psychosis a bit, but I'm really happy and energetic on it.

Which one to take?

You need a haloperidol/ziprasidone hybrid.

But no if you can handle a little psychosis, keep your stress down and then Geodon is good... If you have too much stress, then you'll have to take Haldol..

Or increase Geodon to moderate-high dose...

I have too much stress. And I keep adding more. With geodon I was able to handle all this stress. I was just still a bit paranoid and hearing voices. Which scared me. But I was energetic like the Energizer bunny. Forreal. I really was. I was going and going and going, for hours. I couldnt even sleep well.

But now on haldol, I'm canceling events because I'm so fckn tired everyday. And falling asleep at work.

Oh well.
