The half life of thorazine is 30 hours so there's still 25% (200mg?) of chloropromazine in your system. If you tapered down by half after 24 hours, that's 520mg? So there was much more in your system before you stopped because really you were on 800mg if you were taking it every night.

Waking up. Went to bed at 3am. It's 1pm now - Need to brush teeth, etc, do chores and then prepare for the day. I had a good sleep because of the zopiclone so I don't feel so foggy headed and I'm able to focus.

I felt really bad yesterday and talked with my sister for an hour last night. It helped a lot.

The fire department just had to come clear smoke out again pouring out of that guys apartment across the hall, again, like they had to do a few weeks ago too. His smoke detector was going off, set the fire alarm off and we could all smell something burning and he wouldn't answer his door so they had to come in and we had to go stand outside for a bit while they took care of it. He's gonna end up burning this building down someday, he really needs to get out of here

My focus is reallllyy good today. But I have to mow the lawn. I want to be productive though.

I didn't take a zopiclone two nights ago but I did last night. When people don't take zopiclone, basically the only withdrawal symptoms are lack of sleep and really foggy headedness.

I'm in a really content state right now. Might as well put my earbuds in and cut the grass.

Possible trigger:

I'm quite awake from the good zopiclone sleep, vyvanse and coffee.

Thinking about my chemicals keeps me in a safe zone. Idk if everything is as bad as the news makes it out to be but it seems like it's affecting people to go nuts.

I feel really mentally stable but the world is not stable. I could read history books and such but there's too many things to do. I'm scared that humanity isn't going to last. The economy is dead - The money I get is worth nothing now. No one has money - Rich people are fleeing to bunkers.

And people are dying of suicide and drug overdoses more. Families are fighting, no one knows what's happening, people are taking advantage of the system with insurance, bank, credit card fraud, claims - Police aren't doing anything as I've witnessed with cleaning up the crack house - Can't sell it.

The future of kids are gone, people aren't playing music at concerts, everyone is staying inside or spreading a virus - Second wave.. Who knows.

Businesses are just trying to get by - Distribution of wealth and trade is altered - Things we need are not being made, people are dying either way.

I hear blaring music and people shouting outside.. People are speeding in their cars, revving their engines - There's people pretending that everything's fine and I saw one guy on the news complain about people not abiding by the rules - "They're stupid" and all the conspiracy theorists are hiding out, posting things on the web - Too many stories - can't follow it all. We're all disconnected as hell like ants that have spread away from their nest.

No one trusts the government, it's losing control, houses are gonna be worth less, people will spread crime and drugs - Just earlier this year we feared nuclear war and get distracted. It's all trends and distractions for better distractions in the moment - It's like no one can focus on everything at once so it goes around in circles.. School shootings, mental health, working from home, stock market crashes, etc..

I think at this point I can just decide to be happy. It's a choice for me at this point.

My sister says that she doesn't believe me. I can't explain how I think cuz I'd need to write books - Without other people judging me saying "Do this - Do that" - It's all meaningless.

I don't need to look when I cross the road but my sister says "People at age 8 learn how to look when they cross the road". I'm pretty sure I do - But people tell me that I don't. So maybe I'm delusional. I'm just pissed off at the people revving their engines and their egos. They should drive only on LSD.

I remember walking on the highway - I said "I'll decide to walk in front of a truck after I walk on the highway" so I looked at passing trucks and brushed up against them. Who would give a **** about looking both ways after dealing with this situation in their reality? I know exactly how bad it hurts to be hit by a car - More than I get imagine

That one kid that got higher on some math tests than me at school.. I saw him literally get hit by a slow moving car.. because he didn't look.. So don't tell me that people that don't look are stupid.. But I'm just gonna go ahead and say I'm an idiot worthless and deserve to die because I don't do what is common - Even when I know I look enough and the people driving in cars all they care about - "Look at that idiot that didn't look" HOw about you don't drive a car? No one asked to be here. Just run the idiots over.

I still can't believe my roommate had a motion detector camera with a mic pointed in our common living space. What a horrible person. I get so angry and I can't help but feel rage. She destroyed our friendship for this.

My mom says that I'm symptomatic and to stop watching the news. I told her that I said to my sister, "I'll be thinking of this crossing the road thing for days" and she said "Well good" and my mom said "She had good intentions and didn't think that you actually would".

Well here I am thinking about it. The OCD is really bad. I don't trust anyone. I can't walk outside because of that drunken idiot telling everyone that I threatened him with a plastic shovel.

I'm only making this as hard for myself on purpose it's like I'm torturing myself by even posting this.

So just ignore this it's not important. They're just thoughts.

It’s hard on us all to watch the news rn.

I think as people who have mental illness we should maybe try to stay away from the news or use curated news that we want to see and doesn’t affect us in a negative way.

At the same time, it is important to know what’s going on in the world. Just don’t feast your eyes or ears on it for too long.
