I am desperate for my vape, or cigarettes. I can't really afford to go back to smoking but I'm fantasizing the inhale of a Merit menthol ultra light.

I wish I could move out of here. If no vape, there's not enough reason to stay.

The vape does that. I’m out of juice. I’m going insane and it’s only been 3 hours. I can’t imagine for you.

I drank chamomile tea, took half a diazepam and a half of an olanzepine.

I feel a bit better - I put on my pajamas and I'm gonna do something quietly isolated from the world.

I need to stop caring about what other people think and trying to prove myself.

My quad bike used to do this... It was fine.. but;

"It's normal for some vehicles to have a fan run for a few minutes after the car is shut off, generally to keep the engine cool. However, if the fan is running for an extended period, the fan itself can become damaged due to overuse. ... It's possible you may have a module or relay failing in your car."

I wonder if there are any other benzos I could take PRN for anxiety.

I've been on klonopin (up to 2mg) xanax (up to 1mg) and valium (up to 15mg)

my psychiatrist doesn't like to prescribe ativan

i would just like something to take when I panic

Do they offer nicotine gum? The 4mg ones are nice. They last me like 2 hours. I prefer the 2mg ones sometimes though cuz I get to chew more often.
Thanks for this!

If it ever did it before I wouldn’t worry, but this is new and the engine was super hot....going to check the coolant tomorrow...can’t open the lid while hot.

I was taking 0.5mg of xanax every evening. I split it into 0.25mg and after the second day, I couldn't sleep so I was prescribed 5mg of valium to take every night that I couldn't sleep so I haven't taken xanax in 14 days because I took 45mg of valium in 14 days (2.25mg of xanax worth).

I have 5x 5mg valium to take with zopiclone when I can't sleep and then I should be ok - It will slowly decrease in the blood for 2 weeks until I'm off of the benzos.

Then I'll just use 0.5-1.5mg of xanax (10-30mg of valium worth) when I have derealized/depersonalized panic attacks.

I'll find something else to relax in the evening like chamomile tea. I can't drink alcohol anymore because I'm intolerant to it now after tripping.

I don't think it matters which benzos you take as long as you only take 10mg of valium worth 1-2 times a week.

2mg of klonopin = 40mg of valium
1mg of xanax = 20mg of valium
15mg of valium = 15mg of valium
1mg of ativan = 10mg of valium
Thanks for this!

I think the longest I've ever stayed awake was 42 hours.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. It really sucks when you can't sleep.

As much as I complain about sleeping too much, - Not being able to sleep is torture.

So I may be hypomanic now after no sleep.

Went 2 places before 8am. And took my hair down and combed it and styled it a bit. Thinking about putting a few dreads in since I won’t be seeing my stylist for awhile cuz COVID scare and money issues.

Roll Call 166!

Got fiancé McDonald’s brekkie. He’s been asleep still. So it’s cold now. We sold some stuff last night. Well he did. A desk and a chair to his friend.

Roll Call 166!

I think honestly one of the things you don’t necessarily know is what is optional and what is essential....when you grow up without much money you learn these things automatically. When it gets to the point where you sell stuff, you’re in essential mode as in keeping the electricity on and bare bones food on the table.
