Aren’t you writing books? That’s valuable, especially if sharing your story stops it from happening to someone else in the future or helps them with their path.

I think a lot of it worked like a laxatives. whatever I ate... about half hour later I'm on the toilet. But also I stop craving junk food that I ate at my ex's place I was living with after moving back in with my moms.

I have a hole in my chest that is hurting. I mean like the skin covered it back up but the hole is still there. It's like 5 or 6 inches in diameter. Well, it is kind of like between the chest and the stomach but it kind of moves around.

IDK. Some people are telling me that I'm having some delusions. I think I'm fine though.

I think it's because I am reading a lot and I was reading in Joel
Possible trigger:
which is getting stuck in my head as literal. Like I'm having some sort of sticky thoughts about them. A friend of mine said its like talking symbolically. So maybe it's code.

Hey, Kit--those are delusions. That is not really, actually happening to you. I really think you should call your pdoc now and tell her what is going on. She might want to make a little med adjustment or something.

Love and hugs.

Just took a shower. Feel much better now.

What to do tonight.... read my mindfulness book I guess and watch stuff on Netflix. Maybe play some games.

Going on a walk tomorrow
