Yo to everyone. I am doing okay today. Just didn't go to school, but that's fine. I have some more direction now and realized some things about myself that I didn't know before.

Found an alternative to couples counseling since it’s so expensive. I read people tweeting about this app called Lasting. It’s a marriage counseling app. You pair your app on your phone with your partners on their phone. Same app for both of u. Unfortunately it does cost money. 15/month or like 79/yr.

But fiancé and I only started it last night and learned something about our relationship that we don’t agree on that we each didn’t know. All within the first 10 min of using the app.

What the app does is, it has 5 min courses. You and your partner take the same courses. But it’s so simple. You sign up with the app and do a relationship personality quiz as does your partner. You pair the app. You do a 5 min course that consists of one page of a couple of paragraphs. Then a multiple choice question about either u or your partner depending on the course content. Then you may or not write a few sentences on the last page question. It depends on if the course section has one or not. It takes 5 min. And once u both are done, the app walks you through and eases you through showing each other your answers.

I wouldn’t say it’s easy nor would I say it’s a replacement for couples therapy. But fiancé was adamant about not going to see a therapist. And it wouldn’t say it’s easy if it wasn’t. Because fiancé has adhd and has trouble reading. So for it to be a mix of a quiz, essay, and reading that only takes 5 min total, it works to get him engaged. And the incentive of seeing the other persons answers is eye opening.

So this seems to be doing the job!

New shoes are great though. I recently (this year) got new shoes and they're the most comfortable pair I have ever had. I just love them. Roll Call 167 :)

My hair looks like it's falling out on top. I don't know what to do. Also, I'm back believing someone cut some hair off because I have some that is sawed off and I still have a terribly painful area of my scalp in back.

Stayed up all night. In the morning, I took morning vyvanse, a coffee and then played piano for almost 3 hours! D: But due to the lack of sleep, I might not remember what I was playing - But it was pretty good.

I went to bed at around 2pm and woke up at 10pm. I had to take alprazolam because I was getting anxiety from staying up for 24 hours - I didn't want my heart to jolt and spasm as I was drifting into unconsciousness and was feeling anxiety like almost a panic attack but without derealization/depersonalization.

I haven't taken a zopiclone but will take tonight. I have to make sure that I don't use benzos for maybe 5 days and let the alprazolam decrease from my system and then take diazepam as prescribed (I have 2x 5mg left) - Then I'm done with them.

The Invega injection must have kicked in because I feel much better and not suicidal anymore. I'm very aware and feel like organizing my plans and doing things. The piano playing was a huge accomplishment for me. I want to play music more so my brain doesn't go to mush but I'm surprised with how well my cognition is. I played guitar last night too for about an hour.

I'm gonna take the phenibut every night before bed instead of during the day - Lower it and then take 2x a week when I'm going hiking or socializing.

Hey, guys. have not really posted here before. I have bp 1, but it is heavily psychosis-dominant at this stage in its history/evolution. Basically, I spent from last October until earlyish May of this year super psychotic really almost all the time. Lots of meds changed, etc. Finally, tried Trilafon, before just giving up and going with Clozaril--which I am happy to do--and it seems to be working. Dunno. So freaking bizarre to have such horrific psychosis for so long and then, out of nowhere, it is just, like--gone. I'm even suspicious of that! How weird am I? My weird brain. So bizarre.

Anyway, given that I mostly deal with psychotic issues these days, I think I will start checking in here every day, if noone minds. I am usually on the bipolar board, but most folks there do not have nearly the psychotic stuff I often do. Hope everyone is okay today!!!

Depressed and having restless legs. My tummy’s been hurting. Must be hormones from Endometriosis that caused me moody.

After the 8 hour sleep, I stayed awake for 3 hours and then slept for 14 hours.

I don't think I've ever dreamt that much from taking phenibut before bed. The injection kicked in.

Need a coffee to think and write more. I couldn't wake up without vyvanse.

I'll be back..
