I have. But ate badly. But I think I may be constipated. Probably from eating crappy.

Watch out while feeling constipated. I would take a stool softener if it gets too bad. My stepmom almost died because she didn't go in days and everything kinda clogged up.

Yeah agreed...and if you haven’t gone in a week even with stool softener it’s time to see the doctor.....

I bought a frog statue drinking coffee because it reminded me of one of my hallucinations. It's cute. I bought 2 new books on amazon kindle. The voices are quiet today so far. My aunt Teresa bought me a black heart sapphire ring just before she died and it got lost before I ever received it. So I bought one on eBay and it's taking forever in the mail. I hope it's coming. I go to Training and treatment innovations for my invega injection but I lost medicaid so they're going to end service soon, then I'll have to go out to my dr.s to get the invega shot. Which is a bummer, tti is so much closer. I'm going to try and get medicaid back.

Terrible headache that won't go away. I don't really keep anything here but aspirin. Also, totally bummed out. COVID is exploding here and lots of other places out west. College football is something I really, really look forward to every year. I know it sounds silly, but I do not get excited about much. This, I get excited about and now, Fauci says he doubts we will have football. So bummed.

Yeah the mechanism for that is through ampk or something but no one knows how it actually works exactly...I mainly wondered if it affected you psychologically because ampk in the brain can regulate hunger and APs I can’t remember if it’s phosphorylation or dephosphorylation but they do the opposite but make you super hungry.

Some people say to try to find meaning during these COVID days. I don't know what's meaningful to me right now. There are things that I am doing but I just feel like I am going through the motions.

I mean I can only journal, write fiction, and work on school so much. There are many hours in the day when I'm just like, what do I do? I got a job which starts next week so hopefully that'll bring some meaning.

Congrats on the job. Yeah this is one of the reasons I’m quarantining with the bf...it definitely fills the time.

Man I’m back into homework avoidance mode again....I did like 1.5 hrs this morning but now I’m slacking again....I just can’t concentrate well because I’m thinking of other things that are happening tomorrow and Saturday. I’m going to give myself 20 minutes to play, then I’ll start.

This is eXACTLY how I feel. Like I am just existing and not doing anything of any value.
