I am an INFP, I just looked at my Myers-Briggs results, again.

It's kind of interesting.

I remember looking at those personality tests trying to figure out my ideal career. Right now I feel like only doing creative things, though. I mean like creative writing. I'd like to write a novel.

Yeah same (INFP). I looked for careers too.. I seem to like INTJ careers but they're for the mind not the heart.... So I'd maybe end up procrastinating or switching jobs and never be happy.. I'd like to combine the two..

Cuz I'm an enneagram type 5 (It's rare to be INFP and type 5 enneagram - Almost like an oxymoron).. So that explains why I can't DO THINGS..

But I'll figure it out... These things help with understand self a little bit..

G'morning Newtus and everyone. I'm doing bad. Having lots of sui thoughts. Went back and forth this weekend about going to the hospital or not. I ended up not going. I looked at the hospital's website where I would like to go if I have to go but they still don't allow visitors because of COVID and that's one thing that is making me definitely not want to go. But on the other hand I gotta keep myself safe. Don't know what the right answer is. HUGS All, Kit

Thanks SP. I texted T to see if she has any time available between now and our scheduled appointment time on Saturday. I told her I've been sui 5 days and that I thought she should know. We'll see what she says. How are you doing? Kit

People would consider it horrible. But idk what they're talking about.. For me personally, it was much better than anhedonia. Although I wouldn't like it to happen again.. Not now.

That's just my personal experience. Mostly since 16 until then, I had complete dysphoric depression all the time and agitated mania. Never felt euphoric.

I hope I don't get crap for this: I'm just trying to understand..

Reading a book by one of my favorite authors. So I'm enjoying that. Nothing better than coffee and a good book.

I'm doing well, love life. I have to go to the store tomorrow to get one of the ingredients I forgot for my Italian sausage/meatball dinner. I'll be making that then. Will take all day so I'll probably just play my HP Lego game on my Xbox while it cooks. Still waiting on my pizza stone to be delivered.

I'm trying to eat more vegetables so I've been having bell peppers cut up and spinach salads often lately. I've been looking up the health benefits of different foods.

It takes me like 4 hours to wake up every day.

That's bad.

And I tried to sleep last night early but the alprazolam dose must have messed up my tolerance.

I need to play with barbiturates - No jk. I try to just NOT be suicidal. I use it as an escape sometimes ... The thoughts.

I just get terribly disappointed in myself when my sleep schedule is messed up. At least I should be happy that I'm not having dissociative flashbacks anymore.

Gonna drink a coffee now.

I'm being whiny right now. It's been 3.5 almost 4 hours since I texted T and she hasn't gotten back to me yet. I know that is not a long time, it just feels long. I have to be patient. She's probably with clients right now. IDK when her break is. She works at some sort of clinic or something Monday, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The office that I see her at, she works Tuesdays and Saturdays. But she has previously said if I am suicidal, she would talk to me at the end of her day even if it were 9 or 10 o'clock at night. So I'm not worried about her making time for me, I'm just impatiently waiting. See, I told you I'm being whiny right now. UGH. I hate me.
