They should’ve. I had to ask if there was something wrong with anything in my body (I forgot to ask about UTIs) cuz the doctor came in and all she said was “we couldn’t find anything wrong”.

But my regular physician gave me antibiotics. Only thing the ER gave me was Aleve and muscle relaxers. Which I’m not taking! Pain pills make sick and god know what’s muscle relaxers will do.

Anyway

I think it’s excitement from the VR headset, SP.

There’s so much to do that it’s overwhelming but I’m so incredibly happy that if I don’t like this world I can go to another one.

Sounds psychotic, I know. Like this is the beginning of my psychosis 2.0. Except I know these worlds are not real yet at the same time they are real and not made up in my head. You know?

Yes because they asked what meds I’m on and I had to tell them and why. Fock!

-Read 3 books
-Spend more time in living-room
-Take 3-4 walks a week
-Learn 2 new ukulele songs
-Complete Harry Potter Lego years 1-4 (this is a videogame)
-Sit outside more
-Draw a Christmas themed picture and a Halloween themed picture
-Watch mass every weekend
-Keep up with cleaning

Best way to ensure lousy care from the system is to tell them you have bipolar disorder.

Omg just got a message from the Oculus app that a free event get together will happen today. The movie Selma is free for juneteenth at the VR movie theatre with others.

Also I think I will see parasyte in the VR movie theatre with everyone else too. It’s only 3.99 to get in. Maybe 4.99. Cheaper than the theatres in real life and it was an Oscar winner this year.

Had amazing dreams last night. It was like being in another world. One dream lasted over an hour and was kind of lucid. I was reincarnated as a podcaster and it was kind of a comedy.

I feel so so much better than yesterday after I had bad dreams.

I feel like I got really really good rest. Can focus really well on the 50mg of Vyvanse - Gonna make a strong coffee.

I plan on planning today and making goals like BB. I'll definitely be reading for an hour or so today.

Things are good. I feel like I took an oxycodone.

I would recommend the quest out of all them. I did lots of research about VR headset before I bought it. The oculus quest is the only standalone VR headset that U can game with. Not just watch movies on. Meaning you don’t need to hook it up to a computer or your phone. You need a phone to do the initial setup but nothing after that but they do have an app that can be tied to your account, the Oculus app.

It’s expensive, but totally worth it. Thousands of reviews totalling a 4.9/5. Yep!

The other oculus headsets, the rift HAS to be tied to a computer that is powerful enough to do VR. And the oculus Go, it’s a subpar version of the quest and doesn’t have hand tracking or a hand set. It’s only good for viewing movies big screen.

Yes, the oculus quest has a right and left hand set to track your hands in VR. So you can pick up objects or whatever you wanna do. Also you can use your own hands without the handsets using hand tracking, but that’s still only available on the quest and rift, not the Go.

I eat popcorn while at the VR theatre. Shook some people’s hands at the club. Yes they have clubs lmao. Roll Call 168 =) Don’t gotta worry about COVID unless I need to give my quest a little scrub a dub dub Roll Call 168 =)

Yeah I once made the mistake of telling a primary care physician my MI symptoms and she proceeded to list reasons why I should change certain meds or that I had a tremor because of my meds.

Which was true -- I did have a tremor due to the meds I was on -- but it was like: "I didn't ask you!"

I wish I could have stood up to her but you can't really do that cause the doc is in a position of power and it'd be inappropriate to start shouting at her.

And anyway, they'd probably put me on more psych meds if I gave her a piece of my mind...
