Haha. I actually don't really care about the dentist knowing. My dentist is actually really compassionate and he and the dental hygienists are really nice. So I know they're not going to give me subpar care.

And yes, of course, if I ever had to have any dental surgery, obviously I'd want them to know the meds I'm on so there's no interaction with anaesthesia or whatever....

I found out that someone who used to work at my dentists, like an assistant, made fun of me when I was sick in my early twenties. She told my mom that I stink so bad and that I’m a nut. She eventually quit. I quit going there for years. I’m still hesitant to go back cuz I did 2 years ago and a new assistant didn’t believe that I worked at a mental health outpatient center cuz I was mentally ill.

SP, did a google on the 3 supplements, the one that you mentioned later that helps anhedonia I bought on amazon. So here goes. It fathoms me why I can't find a drug like alcohol that isn't as bad as it.

I'm still taking triple strength fish oil as well just for the hell of it. Not sure it really helps considering I was taking it for 3 straight years prior to schizophrenia onset, along with 2 protein shakes a day, working out every other day, and being a vegetarian (minus the fish oil of course, no real substitute for it.)

Mine are from colorsheavencreation on Etsy....they are only about 6.75 each with cheap shipping too.....they had all sort of quality floral ones. A lot of the masks were running more expensive or not as nice, but there’s lots to look at an enjoy before you pick.

What the fish oil helps me with is focus....like as in adhd induced either by meds or the illness. And memory. I suspect you’d miss it after a few months off if you quit.

Cute! It’s so nice having like friendly stylish masks instead of the plain ones. I still want this red panda one from the Cincinnati zoo but it would cost me like $30 after shipping so I was like no.

I wonder when they’ll start selling matching ones in stores, like one for each outfit.

Was just talking to fiancé about this morning when I asked him to come back home to help me. But he didn’t want to miss work. I told him I was in so much pain and I almost fell down the stairs dragging myself to the car at 4am to goto the ER. When I called my dad right before, I told him I was upset that fiancé wanted to goto work/needed to, instead of helping me and my dad told me I don’t understand and that he needs to goto work. That hurt me in my heart.

I was telling fiancé that every emergency I’ve had my dad hasn’t missed a day of work over. Which has crushed me in the past because I almost died from *sui* and he still didn’t miss work. Not by choice but by not wanting to get fired. Fiancé is like my dad in every single way, unfortunately and yet good I GUESS...

I was crushed this morning by fiancé. My dad was gonna come up but I told him not to, that’d I’d just take myself...

I had told fiancé maybe a 2 weeks ago that I have abandonment issues. My dad worked 3 jobs when I was a kid and I only saw him on the weekends. My mom actively didnt pay attention to me and left my dad when I was 14. Just up and didn’t come back. I didn’t hear from her for 3/4 years after that. Didn’t know where she went. Like I literally woke up to goto school and she had left in the middle of the night.

That and other scenarios with them and other non-family/friends is why I get so upset about people not talking to me on a regular basis. I’m afraid they are not wanting me around anymore, don’t care about me, and want nothing to do with me.

I don't recommend phenibut cuz tolerance builds fast and withdrawal is 10x apathy. I've been tapering down for over 6 months. Most people that take it every day end up taking like 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40g. I taper down to 500mg then take 1300mg twice a week and go back down to 1g then taper back to 500mg. I've been doing that for almost a year.

I just can't take as much as regular people because too much makes me feel stupid.

Ketamine made me realize that I'd rather be my thoughts than to look at them - I enjoy sadness I've realized.

It's ok for me to have apathy and anhedonia as long as I'm not around people to be social. Usually I only take phenibut when I'm going hiking twice a week because everyone around me is always so social and positive.

I don't trust anyone else taking phenibut because it's addictive. I wouldn't trust myself taking it before I got anti-addictive effects from a big psilacetin overdose.
