feeling bad when people treat me poorly but feel like i'm not worthy enough when people treat me with respect

We fill up like 10 pages right away every new roll call

All human beings are entitled to a basic level of human respect and dignity, you included. What do you think the not feeling worthy is all about?

I am so unproductive these days.

I can't do anything for grad school.

The assignments are so vague.

I just want to read books.

Need to shower but keep surfing Pc instead.....

I did last night and will today. Trying to change things the fiancé needs like my hygiene.

Maybe once the pressure is just right? That’s usually what I need, not too much, not too little.

But you can always ask the prof for clarification.....

Speaking of reading thanks for reminding me....I’ve gotta download my book to my phone so I can read wherever I end up today....

Yeah bf complains if I don’t shower everyday too....usually I do now but imo every other day is actually sufficient. He just likes to smell shampoo etc., it’s not like I stink after one day.

Exactly why I take one every other day. Everyday dries out my skin so badly. Like it’s extreme dry skin.

Mine too...My trick is not to use soap except on the high smell areas otherwise it’s intolerable.....

Great I just had an optical migraine....going to be hard to drive if I can’t see. Seems to have passed though, it’s just gotta be stress.

Man I have been such a whiner this week.....I think it’s mainly knowing I have to drive....usually it’s not a problem once I’m in the car but the anticipation is so horrible.

I have a little notecard in my car that says something like you can have anxiety and do it anyway.....

It just sucks I remember when I loved driving....it’s just the traffic is so horrible here I can’t ever drive freely.

It went away....yeah I’ve never had one last more than 15 min...so that’s a plus.

I usually go every other day too with showering. My hair probably could use every day but I HATE washing my hair. But my skin gets dry and itchy if I shower every day. I've been using body butter from some company, I forget which, the Body Shop? Something like that. My friend sells it. I got the strawberry flavored one. It does smell amazing.

Ok so new mantra...it’s ok not to drive all the time but there are certain occasions where it must be done out of love . Somehow thinking about love rather than the actual act of driving is helping....

I am exceedingly bored. All my attempts to do hobbies failed. Maybe I need better hobbies. I think part of the problem is I feel life lacks meaning right now.
