They have a creative writing meetup in VR tomorrow. Gonna go. Also a racism round table talk, a gardening meetup, and lots of other things. That’s just this week.

That’s weird...rexulti is a partial agonist at d2 just like abilify....for those two they’re supposedly more weight neutral than the others but also people seem to have weaker effects since it actually activates d2 rather than blocking. Have you tried a strong d2 blocker like risperdal? Or mor simply what was your other med?

The other medication I tried was seroquil. But it's been some time ago. I've gained a ton of weight on Rexulti. It makes me so hungry my stomach hurts. The side effect does wear off. But unfortunately it's only after I have gained the weight. Then I stay at that weight until the dose changes. Luckily I think we are at the highest we can go. Stupid med has messed up my life in some ways. In other ways it has made me more functional.

My boss comes to my office at lunch time. I'm like, how are you? Boss: Fine. How are you?

Me: Okay.
Boss: You sure.
Me: Yup.
Boss: How's your day?
Me: Good.
Boss: You sure?
Me: Yup.
Boss: So you okay?
Me: Yup. Did you need something?
Boss: No. Boss Leaves.

WTH? He does this to me all the time. It makes me paranoid!

Yeah they started me on seroquel the most drowsy of the meds...also not particularly strong. If you want weight neutral try latuda next, if it works it works well. I believe you’ve got to eat with it though, same with geodon. Oddly the truly weight neutral ones require you to eat for absorption. But if you’re ok on rexulti then just stay on it, usually you hit a set point and you won’t go higher, it just may be higher weight than you like.

If you want to fight th gain, exercise and a veg diet worked well for me until I got tired of doing it.

I am really depressed. The school said that I can't reinstate. I am still waiting to hear from the director. But this is bad news.

Nagging doesn’t really work though, I guess what I meant was if it really bothered you that much you’d have two options either it would hav been a deal breaker long ago or you’ll just clean up the socks Roll Call 168 =) so you aren’t bothered anymore.

For example, bf always leaves cabinets and drawers open about an inch for no apparent reason. Ironically his ex wife nagged him about it incessantly so he doesn’t do it at his place. I just shut the drawers after initially confirming there was no reason he left it open. It’s such a tiny thing in the grand scheme so I’m willing to tolerate it.

Does that make sense?

I am about 90% vegan now and have lost maybe 20 lbs or so. I do ride the bike a lot, too.
