Yes just had some white chocolate mocha and a Madeline for breakfast....

Today has been tough. I've managed to make it to the after part but most of the people have gone home now. My nan has been crying a lot today. I guess all I can do is be there for her.

So much for starting with normal routines I’m stil in bed and it’s after 930am.

Back to the grind tomorrow for two days and then the weekend. It was nice having these five days off in a row. Part of me worries that the company gave us these two extra paid days off because they have bad news on the horizon later. Bleh.

It was....the Madeline’s are kinda pricey so I only have them on occasion......but I understand because they’re actually a bit of a pain to make, have to chill the batter before baking. I made some once from a Williams Sonoma mix, thinking how hard could a mix be but it was so time consuming. But I had these really cute pans that were part heart, part Madeline for Valentine’s Day....omg that was over four years ago....was still with the ex-bf. Current bf just likes bread pudding...without much fuss. We had extra bananas once so I made a banana one and he was all wish it would’ve had raisins so....there’s a great apple bread pudding from dorie Greenspan he wants nothing to do with either. The most adventurous we’ve done is the pirates bread pudding which has pineapple, raisins and pecans.

Oh but I learned the secret to the Salvadoran bread pudding he raves about....aside from the awesome French bread they have, they actually blend the bread rather than leaving it in chunks! Still haven’t tried it yet though.

You should be very proud.....it’s hard work to be stable....

I’m still in bed relaxing, but soon that will Change to homework in bed I hope....there’s no where to be in this place, like his mom is cleaning the living room from 9-12 every day so it’s not quiet.

Anyway try not to think about what the company will do...live in the moment.
