Oh FYI, my stomach is better today....

I am teaching a class this morning. I had to take a Zyprexa because the regimen was not going well on just those other meds. Anyway, I am trying life with Zyprexa and no Xanax. We will see how it goes. My doctor called me yesterday telling me to just stick to one thing for a while med-wise. Well, it's hard when I don't feel well. Anyway, I feel fine now. Just going to teach my class.

I'm really nervous about going to the grocery store. It's just always so stressful. This has nothing to do with Covid, I'm like this all the time. Maybe if I take some deep breaths and practice mindfulness while there I can take my mind of the stress

I wonder if th zombie effects you were feeling would lessen over time? Sometimes the APs take about a month for side effects to lessen.

Try to think of the good things you’ll get, sometimes I reward myself with flowers if I’m particularly stressed about it, in my case the driving.

Oh don’t forget the wheelie cart, a hat and water, it’s hot out today....

So happy for you getting a kitty BP Cyclist! Make sure you get a cat box and some kitty litter. Cats generally don't need a lot of training. As long as they know where the box is, they know what to do.

I'm having a good week. I'm not manic or anything because I'm not bipolar. I just don't feel super depressed and crappy. Plus I have tomorrow off of work. Oh that reminds me, just so you guys don't worry. I have three days off of work so you might not see me over the weekend. Don't worry I'm fine. I just usually am not online much if I am not at work. But I might try to check in and say hello!
