I'm having a weird day, thanks for asking. I woke up from my nap and hurried outside to vape but then was too shy to ask for my supplies, and I realized I slept through going to the snack cart at 2:30.

I'm really depressed. I wish I could hide but there's never any privacy.

I'm ok thanks, I've been doing the carnivore diet for 2 1/2 weeks. The clozapine clinic weighs me every 4 weeks. When I went on wednesday I had lost 10kg in 4 weeks. I think that's roughly 22 pounds. The only problem is, it's just meat, fish and eggs all the time lol

I'm not taking Ashwagandha anymore because it makes me crazy.. I don't know of a better word to explain how I felt.. sorry everyone xd..

Anyways, I finished my morning work shift. I work again tomorrow and Sunday.

I got paid disability today and then immediately paid off my credit card that was 200 dollars in debt. I'll get paid on Tuesday from work which will be like 700 dollars. I worked around 40 hours so far! My mom will take another 1000 > : ( She took 1000 every month for 6 years. Thats.. 72 grand D: What did she do with it? Living expenses I guess..

If people didn't have living expenses, they'd be rich. Yknow?

I'm thinking of just relaxing today and looking up Elon Musk realm things about the future. Newtus said not to watch the news ALL DAY so I won't do that.. Same with conspiracies and energy vibrations.. My mind can only hold so much nonsense..

I’m excited to put money on my credit card. Payday today! I had to buy a few things like dog food and the dog licence so I’m not able to completely pay off my one credit card this month but pretty damn close!

I'm gonna see about coming off my Trileptal, mainly because I don't want to take the pill. I've been on it for like 5 years but I recently developed a choking phobia and have been afraid of taking meds. The other pills I have are relatively easy to swallow

I wonder how to get over a choking phobia. Not just meds, it makes even eating difficult.

I set up the intensive outpatient program. So I don't know when it meets yet, but they are going to call me back with the details and stuff. I think it will help me. They are talking to my therapist now I think.

Yes, it's terrible. I recently developed a choking phobia too, mainly around eating. The one huge pill I take turns to granulated powder in my mouth thank God.
