Today this place is unbearable. I feel buried by the fact that an aide unpacked my giant bags for me. Everytime I feel more permanent here I get upset.

The little old lady who is next to me was sleeping without a covering and she looked so vulnerable it made me want to cry.

I don't know how I'm going to survive here. I could go back to watching TV all day alone in my apt again. I wouldn't be happy but I feel very pressured here and I want to be alone.

How have u been feeling physically? Are u still sick?

Hey everyone. I’ve been a little quiet lately. Had kind of a bad week last week.

Cats are hot. So am I. Gonna definitely buy a fan tomorrow and also frozen strawberries for the cats.

Also I didn’t quit school. Stuck with it and now am happy I did. I would have no meaning if I didn’t have school at least. Now, for my job...

Of course this isn't medical advice but have you tried a sedating ap med like olanzapine? Just so you sleep! I'm concerned about you not getting sleep. Hugs!

Yeah, no, um, I do not believe it is really possible to sedate my brain anymore. Zyprexa, Serokill, Thorazine, doesn't seem to matter used to cld take 15 of Zyprexa and sleep for a year. No more.

Depakote at 1500has never failed me, though. Just takes 2-3 days til u get a bld level.

Benadryl makes me hyper, it doesn't put me to sleep.

I'm tired today. All I want to do is sleep.

Finally got new glasses!

Awesome! I was supposed to have an eye appointment last Saturday but it got moved to Wednesday, next week. If my prescription hasn't changed I won't get new glasses or if I do I will probably go through Warby Parker because they aren't too expensive.
