Bored. Bored. Bored. Almost done with work though. Another 45 minutes or so. Yesterday I worked half a day. I played three games of Sequence (it's part board game, part card game) with my Dad yesterday afternoon. He won one game, and I won two games. It's a fun game. Maybe we will play again tomorrow.

Spent an hour watching Stephen Colbert and Melena Trump skits. My brain is fried.

And I'm afraid of panicking

It's so hot here! I can't wait to go home and get into my much cooler jammies. At work I'm actually kind of dressy today except for my tennis shoes. Long sleeved flowered top, black, and black pants. With a black shirt underneath. Not sure what I was thinking this morning! Lol!

I think that is one of the worst part about panic attacks, anticipating having one! Of course actually having one is worse too, but thinking about it, stressing about it, ugh, it's just all bad. Hope you're okay @Desoxyn

I'm not worried much about my brain/mind deteriorating. I can do anything that I want. People have recovered from the strangest most disabling things. I just can't give up.

If I like pharmacology, I'm going to read a book or more about it. I'm going to continue reading my current books.

My sister is gone to work and my mom is gone too so I'll be alone until midnight. Scared...

My order came in the mail today. Dried flowers, a candle, and aromatherapy oil. Yoga session will be more fun now.

I had pms for the past week, just realized it today when I got my period, I was wondering why I was so agitated, depressed, crying, stressed, anxious, etc. I need to start tracking this stuff better so I don't get blindsided by it every month and can prepare a bit better for that rough week

Good! It's much healthier to not purge or binge. It's like my drug addiction.. People need to give me a slap on the wrist sometimes *slap* - "Bad! No!".. okok I won't..

But you're doing very good. As we grow older, we deal with these problems better..

Remember, you're doing good.

It's finally gonna start cooling off next week, will be in the 70's. I still consider the 70's way too hot but it's better than the 90's. Ready for autumn and winter

I fear that I’m boring. Like my days are pretty much:

Wake up 5am. Have a shower. Go to work. Off work at 230pm. Go home. Go upstairs to study. Eat dinner. Do dishes. Take dog for a walk. Study some more. Read. Go to sleep around 9pm.

Today I went to Starbucks on the way home. Sometimes I don’t go back to studying after dinner but I’ll watch TV.

That’s... basically it. Aside from running errands.
I don’t mind it. But I feel like to other people I’m no fun. Just something I was thinking about.

You are very fun. I look up 2 u.

My mom's bf when she was younger said that she was boring because all she did was study all the time - IQ tests said 140+. Now my mom is too much fun for everyone - But stressed as hell full blown OCD personality and anxiety - Not good.

There's needs to be balance between work and play - Like SP says.

Listening to an audiobook right now. It is good. Still on "A History of Western Philosophy". It's pretty interesting.
