It's finally gonna start cooling off next week, will be in the 70's. I still consider the 70's way too hot but it's better than the 90's. Ready for autumn and winter

I fear that I’m boring. Like my days are pretty much:

Wake up 5am. Have a shower. Go to work. Off work at 230pm. Go home. Go upstairs to study. Eat dinner. Do dishes. Take dog for a walk. Study some more. Read. Go to sleep around 9pm.

Today I went to Starbucks on the way home. Sometimes I don’t go back to studying after dinner but I’ll watch TV.

That’s... basically it. Aside from running errands.
I don’t mind it. But I feel like to other people I’m no fun. Just something I was thinking about.

You are very fun. I look up 2 u.

My mom's bf when she was younger said that she was boring because all she did was study all the time - IQ tests said 140+. Now my mom is too much fun for everyone - But stressed as hell full blown OCD personality and anxiety - Not good.

There's needs to be balance between work and play - Like SP says.

Listening to an audiobook right now. It is good. Still on "A History of Western Philosophy". It's pretty interesting.

I am so sorry, hon.

Cleaned up the yard, swept the dirt and glass etc.. My mom told me to do it while she is gone.

I was going to read after I do it but now I feel too tired. Will be sleeping soon.

Not sure what I'm gonna do tomorrow. I should plan it.

So proud of myself. I made 3 phone calls today. One to ask about getting my library membership renewed, one to get a prescription filled, and one to make a dentist appointment.

Got the laundry in the washer. My dentist appointment is September 8th. My care manager set up my transportation.

Felt physical anxiety this morning before the atenolol kicked in. The beta blocker might be masking benzo withdrawal.

Yay found a youtube video that shows how to make fabric masks fit better. Now my favorite mask isn't too loose like it was

I notice that my eye movements are different when I'm having derealization - They zig zag everywhere.. This article says that they can tell if someone has schizophrenia or autism by their eye movements.
