I just hope that whoever wins can bring an end to all the protests and riots.
Thanks for this!

It's been like three weeks since I talked to my T. I would have gone last week but I was at my sister's so I'm not scheduled to see her again until next week. I can try to get in sooner, like maybe tomorrow. I'm debating. I don't know if I have the words to describe what I'm going through. I did reach out to my support group though. Two of the four did get back to me. Plus I've been talking to my boss quite a bit.

Esther is still trying to get stabilized. They are giving her fluids, insulin, and checking on her hourly. I called my Dad for an update. I hope we get her back today if she is feeling better. I hope they can figure out how to help us help her better. Thanks for the hugs

I feel suffocated and trapped. Frontal lobe hurts. My PMS is always a torture.

Boy that sucks. Is there any medication or anything that can help? Sometimes when I have a migraine I will use heat or ice on my head and it helps. I don't know if you have tried that for your frontal lobe. I'm sorry you have to go through this every month.

I'm sorry you're going through that 12AM. I always have a torturous time during PMS too and often wonder if I have PMDD. It sucks going through it every month, I hope you find some relief somehow.

Drinking coffee. About to start reading my book I didn't get up early today. Idk why. I just chose to sleep till like 10 even though I know I should be getting up earlier to prepare for when I start going to that group.

I ordered lunch in today, including a root beer float. Ice cream maybe doesn't fix everything but it helps!

I am just using a focus timer app to get stuff done today. It works pretty well. I am on my long break now (25 minutes).

That's a good idea. I'm having a really hard time getting stuff done lately

My therapist just called. She's getting transportation set up so I have a ride to the clinic for the group every week

I don't know how much my insurance gets charged for my Rexulti. I think I pay $30 a month until I meet my out of pocket maximum and then it's zero. But I don't know how much the insurance pays. Probably a lot because it doesn't have a generic.
