I’ve been having headache for two days now. Took some headache pill and vitamins and zync. Nothing helped 😞

Have you been drinking enough fluids? Sometimes dehydration can cause a headache. HUGS hope you feel better soon

Just having a few troubles.

I haven’t had my Zoloft in a few days until today. I feel physically “dreamy”-like and out of it. Idk if it’s from that or not. I took my ativan a few days ago and ever since, I’ve felt like I’m dreaming-like, physically. Not psychosis wise.

Got into it with my sister this morning over a sensitive subject.

Sorry you feel dreamy-like. Sometimes Xanax does that to me. Usually when I take 2. (I can take up to 4 per day.) Last night I took 3 before I went to bed and I was so tired. Even this morning, still tired. Even though I slept like 9 hours. Feel a little out of it but my ADHD has kicked in I think.


I'm sorry you got into it with your sister. I hope you don't let that ruin your day.

It's a bit warm with my space heater on but it's a bit cold with it off. This time of year is so funny.

Struggling with physical health. Nick is trying to convince me to go to the hospital. I don’t want to go 😞 How are you?

You should probably go to the hospital if your that sick.... I agree with Nick.

With the drama going on from a couple days ago... I'm alright. My friend who od on my meds to kill himself is doing better. He was on a ventilator... then seem to be doing alright on his own and now he's headed to a psych hospital.

Going to the hospital sucks, but maybe they can help you?

And yeah I’m just too scared of getting Covid there guys. I’ll wait a day or two if I’m not getting better I will go. Thanks for the inputs

I’m working at home at least for this week but probably longer. Province went back into a lockdown because of COVID. I’m also studying away working on three essays for an ethics course so that’s fun.

im surprise you've not been dx with it tbh... especially dealing with mental illness ever since you were young.

My Mom has memory problems. Not dementia or Alzheimers but it's called amnesiatic mild cognitive decline or something like that. Anyway, I happened to call her on my lunch break. Shes like "I'm in the Wal-Mart Parking lot and I can't find my car!" So I told her to press the alarm button and her car would sound and then she would be able to find it. So she hung up on me. And so I called my Dad and told him what happened (since he is her main caretaker) and then I called my Mom back to make sure she found the car and she said she had and that she was driving. Whew!

How do you feel about that?

I was honestly shocked when my Pdoc diagnosed me with ADHD. He said I have the inattentive type which makes sense because I do make a lot of stupid mistakes on paperwork and stuff even though I don't have trouble getting my work done.
