Not doing the greatest today but I just need to focus on things like writing or something like that. Just feeling out of sorts kind of. Like I have nothing to do that is productive.

I ate solid food 2 times today! Two hot pockets. That's really good. I did have other stuff but it was pudding and an ensure shake. That's good progress for getting over my fear of choking. I know it's not much, and I've got a long way to go, but it's good to acknowledge the little wins.
I'm spending the day with my friend tomorrow.

I'm gonna try to go get pizza tomorrow at the pizza place on the corner. I haven't gotten food for myself from a takeout place in person for years so it will be a big accomplishment because stuff like that and doing new things causes me anxiety

Oooh I just looked at their menu, they have like everything you could possibly imagine. I think I'll get 2 slices of pizza, a jamaican beef patty, a piece of cheesecake, and a soda. Won't eat it all at once but I can have it for lunch and dinner

I keep feeling upset. It's work stress. I've already taken one xanax today at work and I'm thinking of taking another. I'm feeling left out, un-cared about, and unappreciated. Sigh.

I think I might just order from that place tonight instead of going in tomorrow. It's freezing outside and I don't feel like going out in the cold weather to get it and carry it all home, plus I'd prefer to have it tonight, so I can eat some tomorrow as well

I actually ate a whole slice of pizza, and they're huge! But I'm just impressed that I ate one with my fear. Also had a huge piece of cheesecake, but that's easy since it's soft
Maybe someday I'll be completely over my fear. And I was so nervous when I went in to order. Like my mouth was totally dry like a desert and I was worried I wouldn't be able to speak but I did it.

I was gonna go skiing with my sister and her friend this morning but I was way too tired. I needed more sleep. I went to bed at 1am.
It annoys me and makes me upset that all I was doing was listening to music and chatting on discord - Cuz I don't know what to do about my future. I can't prioritize my time. |

Had some delicious cheesecake at 2 o'clock break at work and baclava (not sure if that is spelled correctly). We did our Thanksgiving potluck a week early since not everyone will be here next week at work.
