I checked out their online store out of boredom 😂 They have varieties of product, that’s nice.

Yeah they've got a lot of good things, plus great prices. If I wanted something higher quality I'd go somewhere else but for basic things they're pretty good

I just went again but they were still closed, this time I noticed the sign next to the hour change one that said they're closed for sanitization. They do that every now and then, close for a couple days and sanitize everything thoroughly then open back up. I'll go later this week or on the weekend. Between the 2 walks I got over 5,000 steps today already

I stayed up all night last night and all day yesterday because I had to stay up and fix my sleep schedule. But I woke up at 4 AM this morning and now I’m tired yet again in the middle of the day.

20-30 minutes nap might not mess up with your sleep schedule. Make sure to turn on the alarm though

Oh god, I don’t think only 20-30 min is possible. I tell Dustin all the time I’m gonna take a 15 minute nap and I sleep for like four hours lol

😂

For me it’s shutting down my brain to take a nap that’s hard

I’m wrapped up in a big blanket. I feel like a newborn baby fresh out of the womb being swaddled in a blanket by the fireplace. I got the heat on lmao.

Well that's kinda cool. When I had initially ordered my stuff I accidentally clicked the sugar free option for the pudding but by time I realized it, it was already shipped out, but the one I just received was actually the regular version, so it worked out anyway due to their mistake lol

Hey everyone. I got my tree up for Christmas and my nativity up. I feel less stressed now. Except I gotta get some presents wrapped so they can go under the tree.

It's kinda crazy but at my Church we are "adopting" families to give toys to for Christmas. I'm more excited about buying those toys (already bought them) than I am shopping for my sister's children. I think because my sister's children are kind of ungrateful. Anyway, I adopted 4 families. 10 toys.

I'm waiting for the owner of the business to email me back. They want to change payroll companies. I don't understand why. Except it will save us a little money (but at a lot more time and effort and liability). I made a pro and con list for staying with the old company. The only con is the money. I'm like we can find some other ways to cut back. I said it really nicely though. I asked her to help me "buy into" this new plan or reexamine the need to move companies. And thanked her for her time. It's her company they can do what they want, but it is going to impact my job so I wish I could understand why it is necessary.

I feel kind of angry today. I just want to destroy something or something. I don't get like this often but when I do it's uncomfortable.

I wonder if I could train my body/mind somehow to not have panic attacks anymore, or at least to drastically decrease them. As things are I can barely go a day without one

Sorry SK, I feel like that sometimes too, it is definitely an uncomfortable feeling. Do you have anything that can help you relax? A book, music, the Bible (since I know you like studying that)?

I seem to train my mind to get rid of episodes of panic attacks but then they come back like 6 months later because I forgot or something... This has happened like every 6 months for 4 years.

I haven't had a panic attack in over a week though =]

Have a dentist appointment tomorrow to get a filling. The last one. Then I won't have to go again until I am next due for a cleaning. Glad I've finally gotten all the dental stuff taken care of

I'm probably gonna save my turkey for Christmas since I'm having that big turkey lunch they're doing here on Friday, I won't feel up to cooking a whole turkey on Thanksgiving day after that.
