I think what I'll do is whenever I'm hungry I'll eat, but it will be nutritious foods. Of course some less nutritious stuff in moderation. But I mean like when I feel like midnight snacking, which is what I'm doing now, I ate a clementine and some walnuts.

I feel like I'm not functioning well. I wonder if it's because of stopping the NAC.

Gonna go skiing tomorrow. I'll keep taking a fish oil pill every day even though I'm afraid that it causes heart palpitations - Could be all in my head.

I'm highly exhausted from poor executive dysfunction and cognitive impairment.

I saw on the news that psilocybin mushrooms are going to become used for medicinal purposes here in Canada. I saw a cryptocurrency advertisement and also the government is thinking of decriminalizing drugs to help fight the opioid pandemic - I was right about all of these things!!

My pdoc upped the Abilify to 30 mg. I am really glad about that. Now I'll probably be able to function again.

Also I am realizing that there is a lot of meaning to life out there. That's true.

I was worried about my two assignments I did for my course but I got 78% on one and 81% on the other. Surprised. Happy about them. I was hypomanic coming out of mania when I did them but apparently mania/hypomania makes me a good student?

Ex convict wanted half the stimulus from claiming the daughter. The mom told him she the one that takes care of the daughter and works. And he shot the mom, daughter, brother of mother, and cousin.

Jesus that’s crazy sad. Four people murdered over what $700??? People are awful sometimes.

So my pharmacist said I can’t crush the medications I’m on I guess I’ll just have to work on my phobia

Or maybe I’ll talk to my doctor next week about getting on the abilify injection instead

Yea I didn’t even take an ativan this time either

Idk what the better option is. Stay on my current meds and deal with the anxiety around taking them or getting them changed to an injection med again.

I just realized tomorrow marks 3 months back on track on my eating disorder recovery
