I'm not sure my current T is helping me. I was so hoping to go back to Former T because even though I've been making progress with current T I think it's in spite of, not because of her efforts. I called another T's office to see if they take my insurance and if they are taking new clients. I have to wait for them to call me back though. I also sent the practitioner an email through Psychology Today. So far no response. I just want to stop hurting so dang much!

My face was bugging me. I kept thinking about being dirty and full of pimples and I had to stop work to go obsessively wash it red.

Does anyone else’s heart always beat fast?

I’m obsessively always checking my pulse because it freaks me out and I don’t wanna have a heart attack.

Well like mine beats fast but not always hard. Only hard if I’m anxious.

Yes this one. Idk if it’s a one time, or long term, diagnosis but I got that once.
