I just talked to my care manager. She’s gonna arrange transportation for me to get tested.

What is the Invega exactly doing for me and why does my family urge me to take it. It's ridiculous.

I'm asking to lower it. If he doesn't, I will stop taking it once the 9 weeks are over.

I honestly don't think it's a big deal. I think I'm cured of schizophrenia from the 4-AcO-DMT.

I only agreed to the diagnosis because of the negative symptoms. I didn't agree about the positive symptoms like "Delusions of persecution" - Isn't that just paranoia? I'm sure I was just speaking nonsense because I was desperate for help. And the voices? I said that most of them were hypnotic voices. So yeah.

Anyways I'm off to work. I need to be nicer to myself. I'm so alone.

I called and talked to the nurse at my psychiatrists office. She’s gonna let my doctor know I’m having a lot of trouble sleeping and see if I can increase the chlorpromazine (Thorazine) back to 400mg.

My care manager is going to call the transportation company and try to get me in to CVS to get tested today, she said it would probably be around 3 or 4pm if they can do it today. If not it will be tomorrow. She just called me and is going to text me the details.

She got me an appointment at for a drive through Covid test, it’s going to be on Wednesday the 18th. So I guess I’ll just stay inside until then.

Hi Peeps. I'm okay. Just a little down for some reason. I feel deflated. Not that I was feeling good yesterday or anything. Too much stress probably.

I'm paying off some debt. Doing a bank transfer tomorrow. This is good, it just means I won't have much in my savings account. But I should start being able to put some money into my savings account because I will be saving money on the payments. I want to start putting some into my IRA too. I've had to pull some out for my sister and when I wasn't working full time last year due to COVID. So I want to get it repaid. So I am working on that.

Just down. I don't know. Maybe suicidal. Not feeling well. Planning on going to Disneyland this Saturday. Not sure I should go because of the Delta Variant even though I am vaccinated. I already bought the non-refundable ticket but I am not sure I should go. I want to go but.......I'm debating.

HUGS to everyone.

Blue_Bird, certainly the management would have some say. You showed up to the clean up the apartment complex, that's a point in your favor and you keep a clean apartment, that's a point in your favor. Let the neighbors gossip all they want. They aren't in charge. You're going to get through the inspection just fine, with flying colors. No one is going to kick you out. You're too fantastic!

I haven't posted in a little while. I think it's just been stress and anxiety. It seems like my last post was about my new little dog who was very sick early Tuesday morning. I got her to the vet who thinks it's just a problem with her diet. So I've got her on boiled chicken now which she really likes.

I had some trouble with anxiety over the weekend, particularly since my fridge died on my Saturday. Maintenance came and fixed it today, although I've had to throw a lot of stuff out anyway. (I was mostly worried about my dog's food which has to be refrigerated.)

I had some delusional intrusions today which triggered me and I had to take a couple of my Loranzapams (read: generic Ativan) It helped a lot and I feel calm now. My pdoc has increased my dosage from .5mg to 1mg and it's made all the difference. (I still have some .5mg tabs left so I take two of those.)

This evening I'll read and maybe watch a little TV. Try to stay calm and avoid delusional intrusions.

Hope everyone had a peaceful day.

I'm finding it hard to tell what is delusional or hallucinations and what is reality at this point... I think most of the time it is reality, but it is so hard to tell.

I used to hear people's voices talking abt me.. Like in person. It was really hard to deal with. Even if they're not voices that's rough. I'm sorry

I’m not sure about
Possible trigger:
so I don’t know if I should still get tested or not for Covid but the appointment is already made, I guess I should go just to be 100% sure I don’t have it and am contagious? Idk.

I’ll have to make an appointment with my primary care doctor to see about getting back on meds for GERD. I was on a med for it last year, I forget what it was called, Zantac maybe? Idk but whatever I was on was recalled because it was linked to cancer.
