Invited the roommate of a good friend to this forum because they have begun to realize they have psychotic experiences, not sure what their username is gonna be but this place is great so I recommended it.

Had a mostly peaceful Labor Day weekend although I needed Lorazepam a couple of days, I think. (Still throwing up in the mornings too.)TCM had an adventure movie marathon yesterday afternoon and I watched all four movies which was fun. (Great for anxiety too.)

I've been in a funk lately so I am re-reading two books I love right now. All Creatures Great and Small which is an autobiography of a Yorkshire veterinarian and a book of essays by David Sedaris. These books are full of humor which boosts my mood. Today I'll practice artwork and read in my books which should all help me with my "funk".

Hi Guys! I got into the IOP that I applied to on Friday. I am going to go three times a week, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 5 PM to 730 PM on Zoom. And then Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 630 to 8 PM I have Church. My case manager, Ray said he didn't want to take away the support of Church so he left those two days alone. I am just worried that working full time 7 AM to 330 PM at least is going to be too much with all these other activities! I am glad I got into the program though. Ray says optimally I would stay for 30 days but it depends what my insurance will pay for. My doctor raised my dose on the Latuda and I actually feel pretty good. I'm not sure if it is the Latuda, or knowing that I am going to get more support soon that is making the difference. I just hope it isn't too much for me!

Hey Agelique, yes I ended up sleeping until like 3pm I'm having PMS (which I've long suspected is PMDD since it's always so severe) and don't feel good

My new roommate is very pissed and so am I. Our roommate who has covid is supposed to move back in. Now what? I miss her. It's my fate to never have anything good last for any unit of time. It's supposed to be temporary, this force back to the . God I hope so.

The hike was nice and relaxing/helps me focus with the coffee but I was a little annoyed about how isolated I am.. I told my mom that.. Idk about focusing on the small things because I want to figure out the universe.. She said that people go crazy doing that...

I need to see my psychiatrist before I go to the island and visit my family. It stresses me out because I need to get refills for my meds. I need a haircut, to set everything up.. It's stressful. Everything is stressful. There's so many things that I'm not even thinking about - I can't think of everything at the same time. It's like swimming in a pool of swirly thoughts and grabbing them.

But I'm better than I was yesterday...

Ugh I can't throw it away I need relax

I don't particularly want to work full time but I keep applying to full time jobs. And I don't know what to do necessarily. I have an interview tomorrow that I feel like cancelling.

Like, I feel like going from 0 - 100 in terms of working not a lot to working 40 hours a week would mess with my mental health.

Also I quit a volunteer opportunity I had. Just too much stress.

Reading results in a 68% reduction in stress within six minutes.

I think I'm depressed or something. I'm not leaving the apartment, exercising, or anything, or grocery shopping even though I need to. And I've been sleeping like 13-15 hours a day and getting headaches from sleeping so much

My meds are hitting me hard this morning. I'm super sleepy. The good news is I didn't throw up.

I visit with family today and I'm looking forward to it.
