Invega is the modified risperdal.. They're basically the same thing except invega was tweaked to improve risperdals side effects

I'm getting worried abt my job and what's gonna end up happening. Plans have changed now and I'm not sure what to expect. I'm worried about things falling apart before they even get off the ground

I have a very hard time reading the other manager. He has RBF and is pretty quiet so to me that makes me assume I'm doing things wrong and hes displeased with me... Even though its not been directly said, i feel that i pick up on these vibes. Maybe it's paranoia but idk. My therapist always tells me I'm not a psychic but i mean how would he know LOL. The new manager was nitpicking me on Tuesday and i felt frustrated

I should take a shower but I'm cold from the AC. Don't like thinking about being wet in a drafty room. One almost full bag of candy has a bunch of rancid pieces on the outer layer. But not all of them. I can use them until my other candy comes. I hope it will be soon. I hope everyone is ok.

The IOP place is in the process of verifying my insurance. I don't know how long that will take. It's stressful but I am sure being in the program will be stressful too. I hope I am doing the right thing.

I'm so frustrated with myself, I gained weight

I'm down to 2 coffees a day (this has nothing to do with my problems with losing weight, I don't drink sugary coffees with cream or anything in it, I drink it black, plain, I'm just trying to cut back so I have less anxiety and also so I can use caffeine more strategically)

I'm hoping to keep doing 2 a day for a week then go down to 1 a day for a week then 2-3 total per week after that.

I’m so ready for fall and winter. It’s 92 degrees right now with a heat index of 100. Disgusting.

Yeah that sucks. I was gonna walk to the store today but I decided to wait till tomorrow when it’s a little cooler.

I’m on 3 APs, (coming off 1 of them) and I worry about getting overheated because of them.

Anyone been in a virtual IOP? What's it like? My insurance has cleared me to be in one but I still have to do an intake call to see if I fit the program requirements. I'm nervous. It's like 45 days! 5 days a week, 3 hours a day.

I’m trying to alter my diet so I have less symptoms of GERD. It sucks because so many delicious things cause symptoms. (Chocolate, caffeine, tomato sauce, fatty foods, onion, garlic etc) ugh.

No but I think it will be good for you I was in a day treatment program (in person, this was years before Covid), I went like 4 or 5 hours a day for 5 days a week and was in a bunch of different types of groups depending on what I needed help with. It was very helpful. I kind of miss it sometimes.
