God I slept so much but I didn’t sleep all night

My sister just asked me to stop projecting my anxiety into her.....lol if I could stop the anxiety after ten years of meds and therapy wouldn’t I?

Feeling nauseous again. Great. I swear I have been barely able to eat for three weeks. Like just struggling not to throw up when I eat anything at all.

Pregnancy really hit me like a fck ton of bricks

Craving chicken nuggets

Got my results from the diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound--not from my doctor who hasn't called me but from the imaging center--they said that it is most likely benign. So yeah. I can begin my life again now.

I feel really messed up today. I feel like relapsing. Even though last time I relapsed (4 weeks ago) I felt really stupid afterward and like that was dumb. I don't know. It's just stuck in my brain today. I think I'm stressed about stuff that is coming up and I'm just not processing it well. I don't know. I started out the day feeling okay but the longer it goes the worse I feel. I tried making a donation which usually makes me feel better and I'm going shopping after work for groceries for the food distribution this weekend, so that should get my mind off stuff. I think sometimes I'm just a screw up and I'm never going to make it in this world. Sigh.

I used an eraser to blend and it worked well....

But being gay in straight is an identity and anxiety is a symptom that nobody wants you know what I mean. But like I see what you’re saying…

I’m comparing it in the sense that you don’t choose it...also when I was growing up nobody wanted to be gay either....that’s something that’s changed over time. It used to be ridiculed even in movies etc.

I don't identify with my sexuality. I'd prefer to be gay than straight but idk - I don't agree with the lgbt cuz they don't accept each other within the thing - Gays fight with people that are bi or lesbian - I think straight should be apart of the lgbt - Gay used to be a mental illness but I mean the whole DSM was a mistake in the beginning and some psychiatrists are like "We have to build on this foundation that we don't want so we'll continue to do that". There's neurodiversity movements now with autism, adhd, schizoaffective etc and people don't agree with each other on that either. People say mental illnesses don't exist, people fake insanity at court, etc.. People are starting to identify with different races too and with technology, AI, robots, VR etc we will have avatars and people will identify with anything.. Just u watch. It will be a fun time.
