I'm glad. When I was young I used to get horrible headaches. I think it was hormonal based. Luckily I rarely get them anymore. Roll Call 188

I think mine are too. I just started Xulane birth control patches specifically to help with the hormonal stuff, headaches, PMS, regulating my period,, etc

Glad you rarely get them anymore When I was a teenager I had horrendous migraInes pretty frequently, they've started to come back lately

Just played the ukelele a little bit and I feel better. So to all who have a ukelele, play it!

Thank you, Blue_Bird!! I think all our prayers are helping, she seems much better than she was on Tuesday. Maybe a little more conscious.

Seeing backup T for my individual IOP T today. Not sure what to talk about. There's lots of things I need to talk about. I'm just not sure what to talk about with a covering T. And I'm not sure it is a half session or a full session. We'll see. Appointment is in about 2.5 hours so lots of time to be nervous until then.

I got these jalapeno cheese doodle chips from Family Dollar, they're some sort of generic brand and only costed $1 for a medium bag of them. Anyway, they're good, they're actually pretty spicy, I was surprised because nothing is ever spicy enough for me

Those sound good! I eat a lot of cheese snacks, they're the only chips soft enough to chew.

Can't seem to focus for more than 10-15 minutes at a time lately. Like I start reading a book and get maybe 10 or less pages in then have to put it down. Normally I can read like 100 pages in one sitting. Same with videogames, I pick them up and play for maybe 10 minutes then put it down instead of really getting into them.

Probably, I can listen to podcasts too but I can't keep my attention on reading, games, or videos

I want coffee, I feel like that would help me focus, But I don't need a panic attack on top of the feeling that I'm being poisoned, and I feel like if I have coffee I'll end up having a panic attack

My coffee table just arrived. It's heavy. I'm glad there's elevators in this apartment complex. There's absolutely no way I'd be able to drag that thing up the 3 flights of stairs. I don't have a screw driver to put it together yet but I'm gonna see if my sister can drop one off for me this weekend.
