Thanks, I hope so too! I’ve been doing some stuff on my own with CBT and it’s been helping the past week or so. I’m sure it will help even more with guidance from my therapist.

No jk.. A lot of research needed for that and ket, mush etc..

But in ~10 years, there will be much improvements to mental health + New psych meds, greater understanding of psychology, science, anthropology, meditation and other spiritual healing under brain scans etc....

We don't have any idea on how to predict the future which = anxiety.. Just I think for you guys, if you can get the anxiety under control, that's one of the most important.

I actually slept last night. Without Thorazine. That’s like unheard of for me. I think I may actually be able to come off it finally, then just stay on my other meds. I have permission to do this from my psychiatrist by the way. She said I don’t have to take it if I’m able to sleep without it. I can just take it if I can’t sleep for several days in a row.

Current psych meds:
200mg Zoloft
300mg Wellbutrin XR
1500mg Trileptal
12mg Perphenazine
And 400mg abilify monthly injection

Well I guess it’s time to read for a few hours before I go to bed

Might have to take a klonopin, having really bad anxiety tonight

Edit: Yeah I just took one. It had been 11 days since last taking one so it should be alright

Ugh I'm having a really bad panic attack

I keep checking my pulse to make sure it's still there and that it's not doing anything weird. And I feel like I'm dying.

I'm going to ask my doctor to take me off Wellbutrin. I feel like it could be contributing to my anxiety

Lately. I have gotten more and more concerned with the curtain on my bed. The hooks add up to 15 I think and each ceiling tile supports about 4 hooks per tile. I've been resisting it but I keep wanting to get up and pull the curtain so it works out to 4 hooks per tile. People keep pulling the curtain around and it aggravates me. I told myself not to need to get up and do stuff with the curtain.

So last night I took a klonopin, the. Prayed the rosary and prayed to St. Dymphna. All those things helped a lot. Praying the rosary is very meditative

Have to walk down to CVS in a few hours to pick up some of my meds. Then come back, do laundry, clean, and maybe cook. Also plan on doing some exercises with my 8lb weights and with my resistance bands too.

Thank you, Angelique67, for inviting me to roll call. I guess this is a place to just check in with one another, right? To keep tabs on how we are doing at any given time? I'm not sure.

Slept horrible last night, but I don't sleep well anyways. I usually can fall asleep pretty fast, but then I wake up....and the night turns into awake/asleep over and over. Not restful at all. Last night my whole body was buzzing, even my lips! I finally had to get up early this morning because I couldn't stand it anymore. And, of course, when I get up the buzzing goes away for the most part. But I need more sleep!!!

Nothing planned for today. I guess I stay locked in the apartment. Maybe I'll send an email to my mental health nurse (while I still have one!!) to let her know that I believe in everyone and everything that happened to me over the period of 10 years (that it wasn't high anxiety and fear that turned into psychosis). Maybe my psychiatrist won't close the file on me afterall. That really scares me.

Hi @SandyWeb, yep, roll call is for anything and everything. I slept well, woke earlier today. Going to vape in a few minutes. I think I'm over that bug I have. Hope everyone is well.

I am well this morning. A bit tired, but doing well.

Picked up one of my meds from CVS. I don't know if I'll ever get used to walking home up that huge hill. It goes on for almost a mile back up to my apartment complex and is really, really steep. I have to take breaks several times because my calves start burning

Made a pumpkin smoothie bowl topped with walnuts and raisins.

The smoothie part is made of pumpkin purée, vanilla protein powder, a banana, some almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract. Blended together.

Guys I was able to pick out a kitten!! She’s a girl, has a mustache lol and is so cute. I should be getting her sometime this week.

I am so freakin happy right now!!!!! 😃

I have to run over to Walmart tomorrow to pick up a litter box. Everything else I already have (food, litter, toy, treats, cat bed etc)

Now I need to think of a name for her

I think I might name her Zelda. Like princess Zelda in the Legend of Zelda games.

Changed my mind. I’m going to name her Miss Mustachio since she has a mustache.

After I get the litter box tomorrow morning my care manager will bring her over for me.

My new computer and phone will arrive at the end of the month - Then I will be productive... Although it seems pretty overwhelming - Like.. I don't want to neglect the potential of these devices out of laziness? I don't think I will though.

I'm dependent on a strong coffee every morning. When I wake up, I find it extremely hard to focus until I drink the coffee (Even after taking 60mg of Vyvanse).

I've been doing well lately. Very clear minded - Just not sure where to start with things.

Just got a notice in my door. I can go downstairs to the community room to pick up my Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday the 18th at 2:30pm, it will be in takeout containers so we can take them home, and it said there will be a gift for everyone as well

This is a great week. Tomorrow I get my kitty and also have a therapy appointment, Thursday is the thanksgiving meal, Friday I have my self care art group

Hmm.. I was watching corruption news and it seems that US will have to rely on the Saudis for oil.

So I looked up the history of oil in the Middle East from the 1930's, how it's extracted - Then I look deeper into the princes 2T dollar fortune.

At least he's spending it! Very creatively =]

500B dollar new city 17x the size of London that will run on renewable energy. They want to take on Silicon Valley in technology.
