I might have to have my sister help me with the table this weekend. I’m not able to really understand the instructions. She’s good at stuff like that

No, this is something I've dealt with on and off since I was 18, it's a paranoia and tactile hallucination type thing. Perphenazine helps it

It’s okay I don’t know what caused the headache. But it did go away eventually.

Usually I would have an appointment with individual IOP T on Fridays but she is on vacation so I haven't seen her since Monday (when she sent me to the hospital) and I hope I still have an appointment with her next Friday, but I am not sure. It's hard from seeing her twice a week to barely seeing her right now. Even though I did have an appointment with a covering T. Which was a wonderful appointment and I felt very validated and accepted and stuff. Still it's not the same! Sigh.

Today is Donut Friday at work and the employee who usually brings the donuts is on vacation. So everyone is like, "Where's the donuts?!!!" So someone is going to go to the donut shop and pick up the donuts!

Im stop the Dexedrine IR - I don't think I need it. It makes the Vyvanse slightly less effective + My heart feels like it works too hard before I go to sleep. Also, I don't feel like doing anything in the evening. I wish I could stop stimulant meds completely.

I hope S is teaching the class. Last Friday something happened technology wise and I wasn't let into the Zoom. So I didn't have class last Friday. So hopefully all will go well tonight. Technology can't live with it, can't live without it!

Anyone heard of Antsy Labs? They have this cool fidget cube. I got one for work and for home. It drives my Mom crazy though. Helps get out some of that nervous energy though.

This may sound dumb but I’m proud of myself for cooking noodles tonight for tomorrow and the next day. I just boiled some egg noodles and put them in a container so I can take some out whenever I’m hungry, microwave them, then put on some butter, parmesan cheese, and parsley. I have a hard time getting myself to do any sort of cooking

I know it’s not the healthiest but at least it’s food

I'm looking forward to cooking a turkey and stuff on Thanksgiving. It should be fun.

This weekend I'm baking pumpkin bread.

I do like to cook when I actually get myself to do it. It's just getting myself to actually do it is a problem. But I do enjoy making something and it coming out good

Some good news is I'm no longer recklessly spending money since my mood stabilizer was increased last month.

And today was a little better in terms of paranoia, I took a nap. I don't really feel as scared. Yesterday was bad.

My sister is stopping by later to drop off a screwdriver so I can try to put my coffee table together and some McDonalds

She might also be bringing some pumpkins for me to carve

I have 3 appointments this coming week. One to get my abilify injection, one with my therapist, one with my primary care doctor. I also have my self-care group on Thursday. Plus I'll be baking pumpkin bread and carving pumpkins.
