Dreams are as real as real life.. Because those people are ones that you likely think about during wakefulness.. Different parts of the brain turn off (such as frontal lobe) so you are lobotomized (More than usual on these meds!).

We can trip too.. Hallucinate.. Have shared hallucinations.. And then there's death.. As Alan Watts says, the peaks and valleys of mountains - Life and death, like the crest and trough of a wave..

I'm waiting for my ring sizer to come in the mail, it should be here sometime during the week. So I can figure out what size I wear now and order the Claddagh ring, I was gonna get that necklace, but the ring is $69 so it's quite a bit cheaper, and I needed put money aside for my pumpkin carving stuff

its not really people i think much of day to day. but they are important people that have been in my life. i had a dream that i tripped acid when i was 13, way before i ever actually did lol. when my psychosis was at its worst id have hallucinations in my dreams.

but i do think these people are visiting me this way

I wonder if our subconscious thinks about stuff in the background when we don't realize.. I bet 90% of the processing happens in there =/ We ignore so much crap to survive otherwise sensory overload... Like autism.. Maybe the autist uses that processing power in the conscious mind ^-

But yeah people have dreams about deceased loved ones..

I've had psychosis in my dreams as well but rarely.

I was told that depersonalization/derealization means too much norepinephrine and not enough dopamine... Makes sense.

Yes, this has happened to me with someone who was a teacher/mentor in the 90's. Very strange stuff!

I'm going grocery shopping in a bit. Then walking over to the library to pay off my late fee (I had returned books late when I was struggling with agoraphobia for a few months, but am now finally able to pay it off). I never generally get late fees, I always return my books on time but that one time I just couldn't get myself out of the house even though I knew they were overdue, so I owe $10. Which isn't bad, at least now I'll have full access to physical books, ebooks, and whatnot again. After I do that I'm going to check out Salem's Lot by Stephen King (ebook). I wanted something spooky to read during this month.

After I do that I'm going to do my daily Bible study, then make some hard boiled eggs to have around for a healthy snack.

I'm getting some pumpkin donuts and pumpkin spice coffee creamer while I'm at the store, excited.

It's a rainy day here and in the 50's, love it.

I ended up ordering this necklace because I wanted to save some money for pumpkin carving stuff, money for going to the theater on October 15th, and money to pay off my library fee. I couldn't decide between a Claddagh ring and a Celtic cross necklace, this combines the two in one necklace, and I got it for a really good deal too. It's on sale for $49.99, it's normally $89.99, and I also had a $10 off coupon so I got it for $39.99 total with free shipping. I think it's nice. That saved me some money so I had enough to order the pumpkin carving tool kit, pumpkin carving stencil book, dry erase markers, and a set of battery operated tealights

I finally found pumpkin spice coffee creamer. I also got some apple cider donuts. I was able to get everything on my list, including ingredients to make chocolate chip pumpkin bread later this month.
plus plain fat-free Greek yogurt, salad, hummus, celery, frozen turkey burgers, bagel thins, 2 packs of fat-free cream cheese, pepperjack cheese sticks, fat free milk, bananas, bag of frozen fruit, wheat bread and eggs.

Feeling sad and depressed today. Not sure why. I see my T tomorrow, the IOP Individual one. She's great. She is strict with me and she pushes me but I still like her. I know if I saw her today she would be prodding and poking me to try to figure out where the sadness is coming from. I think I am feeling a bit lonely too.

Feeling good today again. Had good dreams. I fell asleep on extra stimulant for like another 14 hours lol... Invega AP kicking my *** - But I think I'm ok now.

Not sure what to do - I put myself into too many rabbit holes lately.

It's a nice sunny day with thick clouds under the mountain peaks (Above is blue sky). I went for a walk to deliver some papers to the mailbox for my mom - Listening to good music, no anxiety at all.. I think about how it used to be always collecting research chemicals from the mail - It's crazy what I did lol..

Collapse of civilization is beginning.. I have not built up enough knowledge about the world - RIP. I try to read but I want to be sure about what I should be reading.. I liked PiHKAL - I finished reading that... I have a few ones that I'm still reading.

I can't be bothered with conspiracy theories now that I quit smoking weed about 2 weeks ago - I feel better. I find myself craving for an altered reality..

I miss my dad - But he'll be back next month. I'm still going on a holiday this month for 2 weeks to visit my family - So I'll look forward to that.

That all sounds delish...I made a spicy tomato based Italian sausage soup this week.....very fall for me because my mom used to make it with the home tomatoes she would get around this time of year.

I wasn't looking at conspiracies (Apart from Alex Jones a few times - But I couldn't handle that) - I mainly was looking at news about corruption.

And the corruption is a real thing.. Everyone knows that..

Such as the stock market being a bubble. It will be crashed intentionally soon..

Rest of the week I just have cleaning to do, picking up meds, library, family dollar, a video appointment with my psychiatrist, then trying to get a walk-in appointment at my dentist. I swear I should try to see if there’s any other places around here that take my insurance. It’s so hard to get in to be seen.

Sunday I’m going to the park then to my friends house. Should be a fun day. Next week I don’t have much going on except going to the theater on Friday.

I’m looking forward to the next self-care art group. It will be on the 29th
