I’ve been dreaming about my family, just simple stuff like going shopping with my mom or going out to eat with my sister, or watched TV with my grandma. Guess I miss them more than I realized

I go from suicidal to OK..

Tomorrow or the next day, I'll try to start an online course about pharmacology/drug science. I have decided that this is the most interesting of things.

I will try to be optimistic.

The Wellbutrin doesn't help me much. I'm not freaking out anymore though - My parents are settled today. I cried last night cuz everything was so sad, went to work in the morning upset.

Woke up with my toothache really bad so took some more ibuprofen again and am drinking coffee to try to make it work faster. I am running out though so I am going to call my primary on Monday like SP said, to see if he can prescribe some more ibuprofen and antibiotics in the meantime until I can get a dentist appointment

I've had kidney stones before, where the pain from them actually made me throw up, and I would rather deal with that pain than this tooth pain

I've noticed this too about wet cat food. Boby loves fancy feast and I give him 1 can for dinner when I get home. He has a bowl full of crunchies all the time which he grazes on. He's cuddling w me right now.

You can take up to 800 mg ibuprofen. Also taking that and then 4 hours later taking 200mg tylenol can really help with pain when you alternate them

I've only taken 4 so far in 24 hours. So I'm going to take 2 more then not take anything again till tomorrow evening if it's still hurting after my dentist appointment.

Idk maybe not. Maybe I'll just deal with the pain till my appointment. I'm gonna be up all night

Maybe I will take them. I just don't want to accidentally take too much of it
You can take up to 4 200 mg pills.

I've been having really vivid disturbing insane dreams. I try to forget them but they instrusively pop up during the day. I was on a medication for nightmares but it didn't work for me

Oh okay I didn't know that, thank you. I'll see about getting some Tylenol too then. That reminds me that when I had a toothache a long time ago my dentist prescribed a high dose of ibuprofen and Tylenol together to take at different times but I forgot about that.

It's 4am. Couldn't get back to sleep.

In a couple hours I'm gonna make one of my favorite breakfasts. Scrambled eggs, Pillsbury grands biscuits w/ butter, and sausage

Ah yes, painful - yet euphoric, calm agitation and rhyming of every one of my thoughts and also lip singing in the mirror. I can see how people can make good songs. There's a certain energy that can be tapped into. I wonder if beat boxers have trauma.

Once you have discovered many keys to the universe - and I'm only scratching the surface.

Got 2 hours of sleep last night. I feel like the abilify is killing me. I just feel scared of my meds today.

Maybe eating something will help. Idk. The only actual food I ate after breakfast at 6:30am was a rice cake w/ peanut butter around 2pm and applesauce.

I'm calling my primary care doctor tomorrow morning and seeing if he can prescribe the ibuprofen and antibiotics in the meantime until I can get a dental appointment. Hopefully he can do that. I think he's only in the office on Wednesdays though. Even eating something really soft like macaroni and cheese hurts

I hope he doesn't say no he can't do that and that I need to see my dentist for that. I've been trying to get an appointment and am continuing to try.

Sorry BB.. I hope you feel better (Not have so many panic attacks). It gets better with the right meds and proper coping/fixing mechanisms.

See the in between parts that are good - Use them to crawl out of the terror. I really believe that you can do it...... Much love.
