My sister's birthday is on Friday. What I'm getting her won't be here for a bit over a week since I'm ordering tonight. So I'll have her come over sometime later in the month so I can give her a belated birthday card and present. She doesn't mind that it's late.

took my first dose of clozapine last night, made me fall asleep and stay asleep for 14 hours. Forgot about this part of antipsychotics, it sucks.

Have you guys heard of Lybalvi? My Doctor is going to try to put me on it instead of Olanzapine. It's supposed to be Olanzapine mixed with something else but have less of a weight gain component. Anyone tried it? He is going to have to get it approved by my insurance though.

I got some new music, idk what it is with me and music the past few days but I feel a strong emotional connection to it, it feels/sounds amazing

I ordered a pet carrier for Stash. Once my sister decides on a date I'm going to set up an appointment for her to be spayed. They're booking out to mid April. They require a $30 deposit when I make the appointment. If I were to miss the appointment for any reason the deposit is non refundable and will go to their donations towards helping animals (they're part of the Humane Society)

Hey guys. Been a while since I posted here. Having trouble with sleeping these last few days. I’ve been getting only 3-4 hours sleep at night. I’d wake up and wouldn’t be able to go back to sleep. Then I would take around 3 hours nap during the day but it’s not enough. I feel weak and weird and brain feels like it’s burning. I hope it’s just one of those days and I’m going back to normal in a week. If not then I’ll schedule an appointment with my primary doctor

The sad thing about being in the same time zone with you guys now is that I no longer able to talk to you when I’m awake at night haha. I need to find online friends in Asia

Family dollar was fully stocked with canned cat food today! Which is unusual because it's been so hard to find canned cat food with the COVID shipping problems and aluminum can shortage. So I grabbed 7 cans for Miss Mustachio to have as a treat now and then. (she eats dried food everyday). I'm gonna give her half a can later. She's gonna enjoy that.

I'm going to call the dentist in the morning and see if they have any walk-in appointments available tomorrow. I called just now and they said to call at 7:30am tomorrow since they didn't have anything available today. I'm having a really bad toothache.

It hurts so bad I've been taking ibuprofen but it hasn't been helping

It seemed one ibuporofen wasn't doing anything so I tried taking two and I got some relief. Hopefully tomorrow I can get in to be seen and get some antibiotics if I need them and some prescription strength/higher dose ibuprofen from my dentist

and the pain is back -_- tomorrow can't come fast enough

My dentist usually prescribes a high dose of ibuprofen and or tylenol. Like higher than you can buy OTC, and my insurance covers it completely. That's usually what helps the pain better and for longer

A plain rice cake and a slice of cheese on it (the kraft melts you can use for grilled cheese) is really good. The textures go well together

I've been avoiding it as much as possible. I've had my headphones on almost all day for the past 4 days listening to music because it seems to be the only thing that is helping my anxiety and I feel like it helps me block out the world around me and my own thoughts. Counting down till Tuesday when I have an appointment with my therapist

I'm just focusing on the present and taking it moment to moment. Right now I feel good mentally because I have music playing that makes me feel a bit euphoric. And tomorrow I hopefully can go to the dentist. And I'll deal with whatever comes after that when it comes

I feel all over the place. Watching a painting tutorial, there’s this one loose painting that I want to learn

I wonder if I can take 2 more ibuprofens. I took 1 last night, one this morning, 2 around 2:30pm today. It's 9:40pm and the tooth pain is back and really bad. But I don't want to take too much (they're 200mg each). It says to not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor

I've only taken 4 so far in 24 hours. So I'm going to take 2 more then not take anything again till tomorrow evening if it's still hurting after my dentist appointment.

Idk maybe not. Maybe I'll just deal with the pain till my appointment. I'm gonna be up all night

I bought CBN (Cannabinol). It's supposed to be better than CBD (Cannabidiol), more sedative. 5mg CBN = 5mg of Valium.

I drank a 2.5mg THC beverage and didn't like it.. I felt stupid - But after, I feel much more calm and less dissociated.
