I drank a tea that had St. John's Wort and other stuff in it - The heart spasms came back when I was falling asleep so I had to knock myself out with benzo.

Anyways.. Skiing today. Too tired though.

Woebot incorporates music now. It just asked me about happy and carefree music and apparently listening to upbeat music for two weeks can change your mood….I knew it all along.

Are you on SSRI's? St. John's Wort can interact and increase the risk of serotonin syndrome I believe, just be careful

Going to the dentist tomorrow morning for a cleaning/exam, looking forward to getting it over with. Will leave the house at 5:45am like last time so I'm the first one there again.

I organized my storage closet yesterday and threw out a bunch of old crap and boxes and stuff that were cluttering it up, it looks really good in there now. Did my bedroom closet too and it looks great in there as well, and also my bedside table drawers.

Today I cleaned my windows and windowsills, wiped down my kitchen counters, cleaned up the bathroom a bit, took out the trash, made my bed

Tomorrow I'm going to vacuum my room with carpet freshener, sweep/mop kitchen and bathroom floors, change the litterbox

Then on Friday I'll vacuum my Livingroom w/ carpet freshener, clean my microwave, wipe down my cabinets, fridge and freezer

I'm just extremely motivated lately

Just the antidepressant (Wellbutrin) which can also cause serotonin syndrome with St. John's Wort (I'm not sure how).

I'm not gonna drink that tea again. Fack!... I'm so frustrated that my heart is so sensitive to things..

Super tired suddenly. Have been up since 6:45am which isn't a long time, it's just now going on 2pm. I get tired in the afternoons. I'm going to take a nap after I get the corned beef and cabbage and eat some.

Im ready to eat, ate breakfast around 10am But I'm gonna wait till I get that food at 4 because that will be a big meal. I will probably eat half today and the other half tomorrow.

Stash is laying down sleeping on me right now, she wore herself out running around like a maniac all morning.

Thanks SP. I'm not having suicidal thoughts right now. I'm just tired as heck. I didn't even get up until 5 AM today (I am usually up at 4) and I went to bed at 7:30 PM. I think I need a break from my life but I can't figure out how to do that. Maybe another week off of work but I don't want to use all of my PTO.

Had to call my Pdoc's office. My Pdoc didn't refill the Rexulti when I saw him on the 2nd and the pharmacy said I have no refills. I just opened my last prescription of it so it's not going to last me until I see him again (in June) so I called the office and talked to the practice manager. I also asked her about the Lybalvi because I haven't been able to get that filled yet. I can just take the Olanzapine but Lybalvi is supposed to be better for weight gain and I need to not gain any more weight!

What are you doing for self care…..even when I’m happy I use the pick three technique…..three things you feel great about all at once. If you can’t take off work treat yourself on your lunch break. So grab an ice cream cone 🍦, paint your nails and listen to your favorite tunes or go to a kitty cafe virtually while sipping tea but eating the best tacos around….whatever works for you three things.

Maybe you should do that for lunch tomorrow or grab a Reuben somewhere….idk here we’re all “chi”-rish so there are lots of corned beef specials.

Talked to my T…didn’t have much to discuss except my future goals.

I don't know anyplace around here that sells corned beef. Most of the family restaurants out here are Mexican restaurants. That's why we have really good tacos! I had some delicious street tacos on Saturday at my cousin's baby shower. Carnitas. Yum.
