I got a bill from the stupid imaging center where I got my 2nd and 3rd mammogram at last year. $100. Sucks. At least I could pay it though. I did get my taxes done and at least I don't owe. I'm not getting a big refund but I'm just glad I don't have to fork over money. Plus my Stockpile account is in the black again. yeah baby!

I'm super proud of you for going to the dentist Blue_Bird. I haven't been in like 5 or 6 years. I finally have good dental insurance so I might try to go this year. At least for a cleaning. I'm lucky in that I don't really get cavities.

So in this Martha beck book she’s talking about people who can’t feel their emotions and suggests using either your body feelings or art to identify how you feel. Like she talked about one book where the main character whistles a tune that’s either happy or sad depending on mood. Makes me wonder if my listening choices enhance or represent my moods.

I got a new teacup for work. It is an Asian design. It has water on the bottom, like waves, and cranes on the top with an orange sun and clouds. The inside is gold and has a leaf stamped in it. It's really pretty. It feels so relaxing to have tea out of the cup. I needed this for my office. I'll see if I can find a photo of it online.

Like a flame candle? Not sure how chill your office is but you might want an led one or a wax melter or both depending on safety concerns.

Sounds like a good plan though a change of your environment can be important in mood change. I went for a walk outside today and I feel great 👍

Ooh good question, SP. I rarely listen to music and when I do it is usually Gospel/Christian music so it doesn't reflect my mood but it might enhance it.

Yeah I wanted a flame candle but my office might not be chill with it (although they are chill about a lot of things so maybe they would be cool with it.) Maybe I could just get a plug in scent thing. I'm trying to make my workspace more like, comfortable and stuff since I've been having a hard time with my mood and I have to be here 40 + hours a week.

That sounds like a great plan…have you seen the cabin cubicle thing that’s been going around? Some guy asked if he could decorate his cubicle and it looks like a log cabin now…..

Oh yeah. Amy Grant was like the person to listen to back in the day. My sister had a poster of her on her wall! I listen to whatever is on Air 1 which is a Christian Music Station. I can't really name any bands but there's like Mandisa and TobyMac, I like them.

You should totally get one! It's kind of small but it is not delicate. Like it feels sturdy.

Lol! No, i haven't seen that but it sounds cute. My office is bigger than a cubicle but it is probably the most decorated. It just doesn't have a theme. But I have pictures of all my sponsored kiddos up that I sponsor from Compassion International (All 15!) And I have a vase, and a small Japanese cherry blossom tree (like desk size) and pictures of flowers on my bulletin board. My bookcase is kind of sad so that's where the file folder things will come in to help it out. I have pictures of Christ and Mary on my desk and pictures of my nieces and then I have a picture of my whole sister's family (brother-in-law too) and a little pooh and piglet figurine that a coworker gave me and also a sign that says she believed she could, so she did! Also given to me by a coworker. And kitten calendars! Lol!
