(TRIGGER) I tested positive for COVID (/TRIGGER)

Hopefully it's not too bad! It lasted 4-5 days for me.

I don't understand either. Good that someone made an amateur report about AP and stim though..

I have a lot to mention to my psychiatrist the next time I see him. I should start writing stuff down.

Lower the Invega a little.. If symptomatic, lower the stim a little.. - See what happens... Cuz if either are abruptly stopped = Parkinsons symptoms/dystonia.

I didn't take Dexedrine for a few days and I felt some type of movement problem/squirming/RLS so I took 0.25mg of clonazepam and went to sleep.

I almost cry

Things don't make sense but sort of do. I just want to feel more connected in life. More grateful, mindful.

Anhedonia and DP/DR messed with me.

I took a second COVID test yesterday and it was negative. Even though I was starting to have a fever.

Today I haven’t taken a test but my fever was getting to 39.4C (almost 103F).

My sister tested positive yesterday though.

How to Deal with Constantly Feeling Overwhelmed

Lol.. It's COVID, and then back to this ****..

The place that did Mustachio's surgery and stuff also runs a shelter, and they have an amazon wish list if people want to donate stuff they need for the cats and dogs they take care of, so I think I'm gonna get them a few things from their wish list for them, since they did a good job with Stash and I've been looking for an animal shelter to donate to anyway. Also, guess where my cat Maybelle came from? My sister got her like 12 years ago, she's 13 years old now, she came from their shelter originally

Gave Stash her final dose of pain meds this morning.

Going to my friend’s place later. We’re gonna take a walk and then when we get back to their place play the Digimon card game for awhile. Should be fun. Will be nice to get out for awhile and socialize

Does it make any sense to be a shy person and introverted while at the same time feeling like I need social interaction/ getting out of the house a lot? Which would probably be partially extroverted trait. Idk maybe I’m a mix of both with more introvert than extrovert

That’s called an ambivert…..that’s what I am these days…abilify I feel like changed me.

I realize that now.. But I don't feel "anxiety".. I feel severe "nervousness".

Edit: I read some articles just now and it says that they're the same thing.. I don't feel physical symptoms of anxiety... Just mental. It's like an autism thing.

I remember I did almost get panic attacks at school almost every time the "break" and "lunch" bell rang in school. It was like that for years and years. It was horrible. I went through so much stress because of that. I felt trapped and helpless.

The fever, headache etc is gone. All I have is a very deep, dry cough. My mom is still very sick and is finding it harder to breathe.

I just am listening to music tonight. I am fine. Switching to risperidone because the olanzapine has been causing me to be insanely tired so as to need a stimulant-esque drug such as modafinil. Anyway. Then I could potentially get off of Klonopin too, my pdoc says.

Sorry I've been a little out of the loop lately. So many things going on and so much confusion on my part.

Submitted the job application to the library today. If I don't get the job I can always apply at a local ice cream/convenience store chain around here

Thanks it went well, they did 3 fillings. I was in the chair with m mouth open for over an hour. I have another appointment on Thursday for more fillings, an appointment on Friday for a root canal, and an appointment in August for the rest of the fillings

I normally hate showing my teeth in photos but they look tons better than they did

I'm so proud of myself for getting dental work taken care of, applying for jobs, getting Mustachio her surgery and stuff

I want to go back to school too, so I'm making my final payment next Friday and I should be able to start the process of re-enrolling. I don't know if I'll be able to get financial aid and everything straightened out by time the fall semester starts (August 29th) but if not I can still get ready to sign up for the spring semester
