I get a lot of deja vu's past 1-2 years (Not real deja vu's though) - They're like this;

Feels like deja vu of memories that have already happened - where they feel like they haven't but also knowing that they did at the same time - But both on different timelines.

I also confuse dreams with memories. Like once I was crossing the street with my dad in a place I've never been before and I told him "This has happened in one of my dreams a few months ago" and he said "I used to get those things a lot when I was your age".

St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital is doing a 60 minute a week gaming challenge, I signed up for it and created a fundraiser on Facebook, and I just made the first donation. Newtus told me about it since I think she's doing it as well

The headaches are the worst part of this

Roll Call 193

"Dr. Chiang says that about 47% of patients have gone on to develop a headache following a COVID infection. Most people see their headache clear up after two months, and even fewer experience symptoms after three months. However, some people may continue to feel the effects for even longer. “In about 8% of patients, headache can persist even six months after COVID-19 infection,” she says. “It can certainly be a very debilitating symptom for our patients.”"

This is a joke lol! If I have a headache for 6 months, I'm morphining myself.

Playing with some playdough , trying to relieve some stress. I really need to get around to buying some colored pencils and also replace my wax warmer. Because coloring/art, and aromatherapy both relax me a lot

Took a klonopin because I couldn't get my agitation under control all day. Felt like punching holes in the wall or punching myself

I'm feeling much better all of a sudden but should still take it easy. My grandmother told my mom "If he says he's feeling better, make sure he rests!" (She was a nurse + My mom too).. Cuz there's supposed to be a second wave for some people.

The Tylenol 1's could be making me feel better - My mom says cuz of the codeine.

I think the reason that I got so sick so quickly is cuz I was in the car for a total of 8 hours with my mom coughing so I had a high viral load. I tested positive almost instantly when usually it can take up to 15 minutes.

It's a good thing that I broke in sweat last night and soaked through all of my clothes (To kill the viruses..) + Delirium nightmare dreams.

My mom seems to be getting sicker - So I'm worried about her. She's resting now..

I feel conscious about everybody commenting on my weight since I’ve gained almost 20lbs on Depakote. Yes, my butt is getting bigger. That’s kind of a plus.
We upped it from 500mg to 750mg as of tonight so let’s hope that it behaves like it has been!

Good morning, just gave the kitties their breakfast, then gave Stash her pain med.

Headed to the grocery store in about an hour. I hate going on weekends because there's so many people there but maybe going early will help. I typically go early in the morning on weekdays because there's almost no one there. Groceries are so expensive now, it's frustrating. A trip that normally cost me around $70-$75 last time cost me $120

After I get home and put my food away, I'm gonna get on the treadmill for 45 minutes, then after that do some other exercises. Then clean my apartment.

Yeah same here, I don't think I had gone to $100 or over ever before recently

Thankfully foodstamps here increased to around $300 a month, it used to be $200, but since covid started they increased it by $95 a month, they give you the typical $200 at the beginning of the month and then somewhere in the middle of the month they add another $95 to your card

Waiting for the bus to come take me home. I got everything on my list except cream cheese. I didn’t feel like going back and getting it when I realized it because I was already in checkout and didn’t want to lose my place in line. I’m just gonna have to freeze my bagels for now until I can get back to the store again. I only spent $73

I got a lot of healthy foods but several quite unhealthy foods as well. I don't know why. Part of it is probably PMS. That could explain the cravings and also the agitation/negative/sui thoughts. Anyway, the unhealthy foods I got were: cannolis, brownies from the bakery, chocolate chip cookie dough, sour cream and onion chips, french fries, and mozzarella sticks. Um oops. I should probably not go to the grocery store again during PMS. I'm typically good about not buying that stuff but I couldn't stop myself today.

Healthier stuff I got:
A few salads
Avocados
Sweet potatoes
Blueberries
Bananas
Tomatoes
Plain fat free Greek yogurt

I've had my nose piercing for 15 days now. It seems to be healing well. Takes a year to heal fully though

Almost fell asleep on the bus ride to the store. I woke up at 4:30am today and couldn't get back to sleep then tiredness hit me out of nowhere around 8am, it seems to happen like that everyday, wake up at 4:30 wide awake, stay up for a few hours, then get exhausted suddenly and either fall back asleep or power through the rest of the day really tired

Yes, that's the same as me, get up at 3:30 and feel exhausted around 6 or 7. But one thing I did well was to force myself to stay awake, when I still had the hallucinations. I drank coffee and tea intermittently. By 9 or 10 I could go out and do stuff. Also much earlier at the supermarket.
