It hasn't been great. I really need at least 8-9 hours of sleep (10 is better) but I have been going to bed and then lying awake for a few hours. So I have been getting between 4 and 6 hours. Last night I took some Xanax and I was able to get to sleep. I know I have been having a lot of anxiety.

-2 Dexedrine in debt (Instead of -8) - So, almost complete. I haven't drank alcohol in around 2 weeks (Cuz it exacerbates bad mental states) - My mood is good, much improved.

I'm bored now. At least my anxiety is better and I am not having as much self harming thoughts. I texted some people so that kind of helped. I am trying not to ruminate.

Anyone here use an electric toothbrush? I was thinking of buying an Oral B electric toothbrush so I can keep my teeth cleaner, am wondering if it's worth the $50

I think it’s worth it. Oral B is a good brand and electric toothbrushes are great.

On Feb 28th I have a bunch of meetings in person at work. People are flying in and everything. Like all day meetings.

And I’m nervous because we’re hanging out A LOT. Breakfast buffet together. Lunch buffet together. Dinner buffet out together.

I worry about how much food it is. I haven’t had three meals a day in like forever. I never eat breakfast anymore and I barely eat lunch nowadays.

I guess I’ll either love or hate my coworkers after this.

Okay thank you, I wanted to invest in one for awhile but wasn’t 100% sure. I am really trying to have much better dental hygiene so this will be good, I’m gonna order it tonight along with a pack of the Oral B refill heads for when they wear out. I don’t want anymore dental issues then I already have had.

Weird amount of anxiety today. Not even anxiety over something specific, like I usually get. Just this constant background of anxiety since I woke up this morning. Fast pulse, tight chest, etc. Very annoying.

I’m trying to think of something to bake or something, like for St. Patrick’s day, when it gets closer. Some kind of dessert. Just not sure what yet.

What's going on Desoxyn? Your earlier post said your mood has improved a lot, but it seems you're struggling

I'm not good at giving advice but we're all here for you, I hope things get better for you

Feel a little better today. I am still anxious/stressed but I don't feel as distressed. Thank goodness. Hopefully I can just breathe.

I painted this in art group today, its just a free art day thing they do once or twice a month where they set out supplies and you can do whatever you want

I'm so out of practice, I painted for years when I was a teenager, but haven't done it in a very long time. I completely forgot how much I enjoy it

My shoulder is hurting quite a bit today. I go to physical therapy for it on Tuesdays but IDK. It still hurts. My GP told me to take my muscle relaxer medication--which I hadn't been doing consistently--so I started doing that again. I hope that something will help. I think I have 3 sessions left of physical therapy but sometimes my insurance approves more. They have approved more three or four times.
