Hence the vacuuming! Between shedding and only dirt in my backyard (til my ship and grass come in), it's a constant mess.

SS, Sundog and I summons you through the ethers.

P.S. (((((((Sundog))))))))), you're great!! Just wanted to let you know.
Thanks for this!

0k, I'm going to sign off now because I need to get to a particular point on my hike where I can sit down and do the meditation. I absolutely love doing the meditation together with you guys!

This particular one today lasts a little under 20 minutes.

I'll be back in an hour or so.

Love you guys

(((((((Sundog)))))))) Thanks for all your hard work learning the technical end of providing us with that wonderful meditation. I love the image and symbolism in it. That's the goal, isn't it, to remain solid and whole in the midst of passing weather systems, internal and external. Thanks again!
Thanks for this!

I sat facing west in front of my large living room window, to be more joined with you both. I really felt the connection among us, our combined energies.
Thanks for this!

Thank you sun. That was awesome. I wasn't sure I would be able to get into it because I was a bit wired from the work I was doing before out sit. It was difficult for a couple of minutes to close my eyes without them fluttering but they settle soon enough.

The imagery was perfectly suited for me though it I couldn't stay focused on one mountain. Just too many mountains around here and in places I have journeyed for me to pick just one. lol. It didn't matter to the process of bringing the mountain into my body or imagining the details of the mountain gifts.

The first chime at the end did startal me so I covered my ears and hummed until the last 2 were done. The humming was a nice way to end the session.

I moved to my chair and sat in the peace until 3pm. It was a wonderful break from the energy I was feeling.

Thank you again.

I actually sat facing the east Lavie so I guess we were facing one another. cool!
Thanks for this!

Very cool, SS. Though I live in a river valley, surrounded by ancient, eroded mountains, I found it hard to conjure an image, which surprised me, being a visual person. But internalizing the mountain felt strong.

The peacefullness of the meditation was perfectly timed for me. IThanks again Sun. I was having a racy day doing a rush for a client. I tend to motor through without taking breaks so it was even better that we had to push the time ahead a couple of hours.

By the way, my son got the job. He was so happy. He has been mopping about it for months. Every week he would do the rounds after school and wait for phone calls only to be disapointed again and again. We live in a small town so the options are limited.

The interesting thing is that just the other day after no callbacks again he decided he was going to let it go and focus on his schooling and fitness. The next day he got a call. The real beauty in that is when he gave it up he was able to realistically look at his schedule and go into the interview with clarity about how many hours and what shifts would fit into his other priorities. I think the manager respected him for that and offered him a work schedule that was much more suitable than what he had talked to my son about on the phone.

Even though I couldn't really afford it I splurged on dinner out in celebration of both of our good fortune for being blessed with work oppportunities. We had both consciously given our hopes and needs up to the universe and by doing that we recieved what we needed. Big sighs of relieve up and over here.

Wishing everyone a fine and blessed day. Life is good and some days it is very very good. Take good care.
Thanks for this!

Now about next Wednesday, April 13th. Lets see if we can get it straight the first go around.

It is Lavie's turn. I had offered to bump the cue to offer another chakra meditation but I think it is better to stay with the rotation as it is. When it is my turn on April 20th I will offer up another chakra focused meditation.

Knowing us if we alter the rotation we will get mixed up. Decisions decision decisions. Apparently not any of our strenghts. lol. Love you guys.

ps.... the sun is shining on the mountains so maybe the clouds will open up long enough for it to get over the down to me. I could really use a dose of vitamin D right now.
Thanks for this!

SS, congratulations to you and your son on the jobs front. That's great, and I'm glad that you feel blessed and provided for. My turn, eh? Yikes. I don't know how to do what Sundog did, sending MP3 files. Would just doing Vipassana or metta be too boring?
Thanks for this!

I need to take a break for a while ladies. I need to get out in the rain to wash away the distaste in my mouth right now and to somehow find it in my heart to offer mettas to settle the outrage I feel right now.

Wish you both a day of blessing and sunshine.
