Everytime I decide to cut back on sugars amd carbs and workout mom eithrr makes somrthing really good, or us friends plam to hangout and pig out or my periods come up and i get lazier than usual.
I keep telling myself to not indulge in all that ive tasted a million times before but aahhhh the SMELLLL!!!!!

The biggest mistake I make is I workout (usually Tiffany Rothe videos) for week straight amd then I give up, that makes my body even fatter

I've aimed to workout 15mins in the morning and 30mims in the evening but laziness tAkes over me!!

Help anyone!!!

I get the same way. I enjoy working out, but sometimes my lack of motivation gets the best of me and keeps me from staying consistent. I've had several days (just yesterday) that I almost didn't go to the gym, but forced myself to go and was glad that I did. Same thing when I got home from work; forced myself to get on the treadmill and was glad after I did it.
Thanks for this!

I think its the time of year too. Its cold and dark so early over here. Sometimes you do have to force yourself to go out and exercise. You have to remember how good you will feel after the exercise.

Best way to do it and keepp with it is to start small. Baby steps stick more than overnight lifestyle changes.

Drink pop? Quit drinking pop. A week or two of that, tell yourself no more fast food. Decide to go on a 30 minute walk twice a week just up and down the street, and slowly transition it into more and more exercise. Plunging into it all out right away might sound like a good idea but you'll surely burn yourself out that way.

I know you can do it.

For me I find if I take just one small bite of a treat or carbs, then I end up binging on them. It's a daily battle for me, but once I get a few good days under my belt it becomes easier! Best of luck!!

You need carbohydrates for energy. The fact that you are trying to cut back on them might contribute to your lack of motivation to work out. Also, your workout might be boring for you. Plus the time of the year. Maybe use loud, upbeat music to motivate yourself. Plus, the fact that you are doing the same routine again and again might be contributing to flagging motivation.

The key is to treat this as a solvable problem and not to chastise yourself using terms such as "procrastinator" and "lazy".

what works for me is to change it up. I get bored easily with exercise and doing something different every day keeps me at it. I also have a Cheat Day where everything is calorie, sugar and carb free

Okay, kicking this back up. I just stretched 2 days in a row, an hour each time. Midway thru the 2nd workout (hey it is for me!) I was already doing stuff i couldnt do the first day. I mean like getting lower etc. My (totally ridiculous) goal is to get my splits, so i will be reporting here.

I've also struggled with keeping my workout sessions on track. Everything will go well for a while, like several weeks in a row of getting downstairs everyday to my home gym in the basement, then something will happen to derail my good workouts. For example, last time, my wife and I watched our god children for a week and a half and one of them developed a bad cold. After they went back to their parents, I noticed I came down with the cold and it developed into a respiratory infection, so I was sidelined for a while, because I was too ill to work out. Next thing I know, I became depressed and now I am still having trouble starting back up to re-establish the good habits of eating well and working out. So, I totally sympathize with others who suffer from the workout procrastination syndrome. And the irony of it is that we all probably feel much better (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually) after a great session of weightlifting, running or whatever it is that we use to get moving.

Day 3 nyeve - was feeling bummed, but did it anyway cuz ive already found it easier to do chores around the house that ive been neglecting cuz my back hurt. Only did 30 minutes, but did a frog stretch for the first time - its my new favorite stretch! I felt like a spatchcocked chicken! I am so looking forward to being more flexible. This feels like the best decision ive ever made for myself.

We'll make it through!
You have to try Tiffany Rothe and Kieara Lashae's workouts
Amazing results!!!
